Convenient internal access to a good restaurant, and an excellent shower. The location is close to the centre and good transport connections. For a 3 night stay we were provided with free transport passes. Bus transport out of the city is good and regular, and walking routes e.g. toward Silva are very scenic.
The room temperature was too hot and thermostat useless, underfloor heating seems controlled seperately - we had to have the windows open. There was no desk space, only a low table with legless Japanese chairs at floor level - utterly useless. No coffee making facilities in the room. Due to the season most restaurants and shops were closed so the town was pretty dead.

Staff were kind and very hepful
Restaurant charges could not be allocated to the room number, it seems the restaurant is separate from the Hotel although in the same building.

Very polite and helful staff
Very very clean and spaciouse rooms with bathtube.
Big comfy bed - I slept like a log.
We visit hotel in April 23rd-24th, and it was realy warm in rooms.
Breakfast was delicious with swiss cheeses and variety of choises.
The rooms I my opiniom should be in more Swiss style. Egyptian theme doesn't quite suit to hotel localisation among mountains. But honestly it's individual opinion and matter of individual taste.

Not a lot to like about this hotel to be honest.
The location is awful,if you do stay here make sure to get a taxi from the train station. All uphill and with suitcases not great.Room was tiny one chair to sit on.Decorated in Japenese style think we were to sit on the floor.Steer clear of the resturant attached to hotel.Food awful and overpriced.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist
We checked into a themed room at the old wing and was horrified by the room condition. Room was dim, looked way more dilapidated and unlike that of the pictures. Stood at the door for a good 5 minutes contemplating if we should ditch the room and look for other hotels. Eventually paid for an upgrade at the new wing and got a room on the 6th floor which reeked of cigarette smell (inside the room and in the corridor) even though the room was non-smoking. Brighter and cleaner room, and looked fairly modern compared to the old wing, but sheets were worn (sheets were rough and small tears were stitched up) and dirty (some hairs were found in it). Totally not worth the money we paid! This has surely taught us a lesson not to trust pictures of the place and to read all reviews thoroughly!
