Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Studio war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Vom Hotel aus viele Wandermöglichkeiten.

Cute property in the middle of nowhere - surrounded by vineyards.

The property is really nice - located in a very quaint town that doesn't have a lot more than wineyards and wines. The property now has an extension - and we stayed in one of those - across the street. That was right next to the parking lot - so sometimes a bit noisy. The room was relatively basic - and even though I stayed for two nights - they offered no cleaning service - something I would have expected. The restaurant is nice - but quite expensive - and there are very limited food options in the town. But plenty of great wineries in the area - and it's a good one day stop to enjoy the rustic living before moving on to either Trier or Cocham.

The room location across the street - and not in the main building. No cleaning service daily. The jacuzzi wasn't working - they were cleaning it up - and then it needed 24 hours to get warm again - which was weird.

Schönes familiengeführtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und guter Küche

Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Freundlichkeit des Personals, gute Küche, netter Außenbereich / Garten.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig. Die Wassertemperatur an der Dusche ließ sich schwer einstellen und schwankte immer zwischen heiß und kalt.

Zu erholen vollkommnen ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

Hotel war sauber. Personal war freundlich. Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Preis für Übernachtung war sehr gut.

Das Bett auf dem Zimmer war etwas zu weich. Die Preise aus der Speisekarte waren etwas zu teuer.

Day trip to the Mosel

The room was very spacious, super clean. The restaurant was excellent. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and responsive to our needs.

Superb

Very nice hotel, seems to be recently renovated. Nice and functional. Very good breakfast. Personnel has been extremely kind and welcoming. A nice surprise that there is a nice sauna: you book it and you have it all for yourself.

Many problems for only one night...

The breakfast was good and the main building was ok. The kindness of an employee that had made a big effort to give me a heater despiste she didn't speak English.

The hotel employees didn't talk English, Only German. I stayed at an apartment outside the main building. It was too cold and it was very dificult to solve this because of the language. Many problems for only one night...

Relaxing stay with helpful friendly staff.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, very clean and well kept facilities.

Beds were a bit hard, the city did not offer much (which of course is not the hotels fault).

Excellent breakfast buffet, restaurant for dinner OK, but there are definitely better restaurants in e.g. Bernkastel-Kues (10k drive)

Everything. We had an apartment away from the main hotel, which was excellent. We even had a garage to park our motorbike.

Below standard hotel, which will disappoint in many ways.

Quiet location and a balcony outside our room

Breakfast poor... I missed the last one, but they still charged me for it. Food in the restaurant poor also, which is annoying, as there does not appear to be any competition close by. On the last day a cockroach came into the bathroom, whilst I was showering. Given that I was on the third floor, I suspect he is not alone.

great for a relaxing evening and especially for a few days of hiking in the Mosel region.

Beautiful rooms and great staff with delicious food and breakfast.

smoking room (balcony) was next to non smoking room and bathroom was separated from the bedroom with hallway which has automatic movement detection lights while you want to keep it dark.

Perfect for spa relaxation

Staff helped me with all my questions regarding my cycling route. The hotel is very beautiful and the sauna area is great, especially when due to Covid you have the area to yourself.

Perfect Place to Stay!

What a surprise, this hotel was better than I imagined! Spotless room and bathroom, quiet and decently comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. It had everything I needed! The on site restaurant was perfect for me as I was solo on a business trip. The breakfast was excellent and I even liked the coffee! I will definitely return to this hotel when back in the area!

The bed was a bit hard for my preference but still had a good night sleep.

Staff is welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Room is quite big. Nice balcony. Nice location in a small village. Plenty of parking space.

Bathroom could use some modernization but it wasn't bad.

Beautiful scenery at a great hotel.

Breakfast was great. The location was nice and the staff was very friendly. We bought a couple bottles of wine to bring home. The Mosel area is beautiful.

That we didn't stay another night. We didn't get the chance to travel very far around the Mosel, but plan to visit again.

The right combination of good wine, good food, good weather, wanderings, and some culture.

A professional team, bringing without unnecessary protocol the exact service and help that is needed. They know their job well and are pleased to serve, which leaves more time for us to enjoy and save time. Also unnecessary to comment the breakfast ; that was copious and superb ! A nice idea; the small back-pack in each room, to be used during our stay. We used it for some wanderings in the region ; ask a brochure in the hotel (also for biking along the Moesel). We came for wine tastings to Wintrich, and participated in a tasting organised by the hotel; mr Franz, our speaker, is a natural ! Try the wines at the hotel ! good quality/price, especially the Rivaner and Riesling Klassisch . We will come back !

Loved this place

The little bungalow with its own patio was adorable. The room has a big fan for hot summer nights, well stocked with a fridge and complimentary seltzer water. Bed was comfy and the hotel is generally well maintained, updated and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was good as was the breakfast!!! Reception was amazing and staff even gave me a cold pack to soothe my foot which I had injured prior to arrival on my bike...
