The staff were really welcoming and the food was delicious and great value for money.
Being an old building you could here the next doors rooms TV, it wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again.

Everything went very smooth. The personel is very friendly, nice and helpful. The room is ok, on the back side so not too much noise from the road, not too warm or cold. The beds are good, big enough for tall people and soft without being too soft. Breakfast is very decent and more than enough to take you through a good part of the morning. Nothing is really shiny and new but everything does the job as needed.
There is apparently a smoking area behind which was used at least by workers, so that influenced the smell and air quality. Keeping the window closed at night helped with that.

everything was spotlessly clean, the bed & pillows were very comfortable. Google location to the old town
slightly concerned about the parking but everything was fine

A small hotel at the edge of the city, the rooms are simple, clean, parking is free on the street next to the hotel. Tasty food in the hotel restaurant for great price/quality ratio.
Some stuff was grumpy (when we came later to eat, maybe I'd be too).

The staff was overwhelmingly pleasant, breakfast was outstanding, and having the window right by a road it was surprisingly quiet.
Travelling by bus, the location wasn't that easily reachable. The hotel is combined with a restaurant and it makes the signalling a bit confuse. We arrived earlier than we had communicated and weren't really sure as to what to do or where to go.

The size of the room was great, the mattress as well, the shower too.
Breakfast was very filling for 5€ with nice coffee. For that price I was a little afraid of quality but things were very good

Very good choice for breakfast
Long walk into centre of town.

it's a simple hotel, but it is clean and cozy. The breakfast was good, the staff is friendly. Parking in front of the hotel is free, the old city is on the other side of the river, just few minutes by car (or about 20 min walk)

solid location directly across the river from Trier,
large room that was well kept and modern.
very friendly staff and were especially helpful with some corona related hiccups.

Breakfast was ok.
The pillow was really low quality and uncomfortable. The rooms look pretty old and cold floor.

Good-value hotel with simple but clean rooms and a restaurant operating late. Clean bathroom, good wifi, quiet (my room was facing the inner courtyard.) 30 minutes walk to city center, but bus service available. Street parking easy and free.

Had an issue with the shower, it was immediately resolved!

This is a small, traditional hotel ideal for people who are in Trier to discover the city and surroundings and just need a place to sleep. Everything is rather old-fashioned but clean and perfectly working. No stressing electronic gadgets in your door - just classical lock and key. You don't have to think to use the shower. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Our room was near the kitchen and sometimes the smell from the kitchen was perceptible. But no big deal.

Great Value with great staff.
Location. On the outskirts of town. Across the Mosel from the City with bus connections that are difficult to reach due to traffic. I knew it was across the River but hoped there would be a River View and a chance to cross the street and walk along the River but this was not possible. There was much more traffic than I expected but the room was quiet since the rooms were in the back.
One thing I must mention, Then showers were very large and comfortable but the shower floor was very slippery and potentially dangerous to those who might not have expected this. I know shower mats are a hygiene problem but something should be done to lessen the danger of falling, Maybe at the minimum a grab bar on the wall.

The building has a lot of character. 15 minute walk to the centre of the city.

Room was good but expensive for that area.
Hotel claims to have free parking on site but this parking is on the road side. It is not a parking owned by Hotel. Anybody can park. I was lucky to find one parking in front of the Hotel. They should correct this information on the Booking.Com site.

simple, clean, lots of parking places
the room needs to be aired, it's an old building

Tradition clea German hotel with all the basics. Busy road but rooms in back building keep it manageable. Great for walkers as central city area over bridge about 3/4 mile. Rest of sites also walkable. Great place to jump off with car to Luxembourg. France. Belgium.
WiFi great in Restaurant. Not so much inback rooms.
