good staff, clean room, good location

all the major attractions in the Vienna city are at a walking distance

we got the room facing the road. it was very noisy which disturbed our sleep. closing the window didn’t help. secondly, despite the window the room is not properly ventileated

Gorgeous Art Deco style hotel, extra clean, in a great location.

Gorgeous hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Located next to the market, easy to find train station. Would definitely stay there again,

Didn’t like the pillows, but staff quickly brought extras, no problem at all.

The staff were very helpful. At the reception desk they gave me all the information I needed such as a map of Vienna, they gave me an umbrella when it was pouring rain, and they let me store my bags in their locked storage room. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from a lot of the attraction. The breakfast was really amazing, a lot of things to select from and they had bacon! My room was facing the back which was nice because there was no street noise and overall very quiet. Also the bathroom was my favorite part of the room the tile was beautiful, the shower pressure was great, and they provided a lot of amenities :)

The price of the room was a bit pricy for what I got. I had a small twin bed but it worked for just me. The housekeepers forgot to clean my room one day, but I didn’t mind I just thought they would check to see if every room was clean, I even had the sign turned to “clean my room” but it’s ok since I’m a neat person in general. Overall it was a great stay though.

I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the hotel, but would prefer a bigger room.

The hotel is very close to the center. The room was very clean, bed, bathroom, everything. The reception was very helpful. Thomas was nice and gave some great information about Wien and trips outside the city. Breakfast was very tasteful.

The bed was a bit small. It was difficult to open the doors to the wardrobe, because lack of space.

Clean place. Service with a smile.

As soon as myself and my son arrived at the hotel we found out that we were on different floors. It had just been confirmed to me by booking.com that my specific request to have the rooms next to each other had been granted. After a 3 hr plane trip and another 4 hrs by train I had to insist with the receptionist to make things work. He finally offered us what I had asked for. I had 3 electric switches right behind my head every time I lay to sleep. Kept hitting them and switching on lights in the middle of the night. Very annoying.

Good for short stay

Good breakfast and location. Near centre and main train station.

Very noisy from inside and outside. Neighbours were talking loudly you could hear that in the next room. You coud hear everything what's going on from the corridor.

breakfast was 10/10 and location 10/10 plenty of space in the room and they leave a cookie on the pillow.

the thermostat was making a lot of noise. they tried to repair it, but the noise kept going in the middle of the night.

Very good

Clean room.We had a triple room (three single beds), room wans't very big. Bathroom was ok. Location is good. 5 min walk to nearby metro station. A bus stop is 2 min away. Breakfast was good. A lot of options. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception desk.

The third bed was actually an pull out bed which was't the most comfortable to sleep on.
