Herzlicher Empfang, freundliches Personal und unschlagbare Lage. Gerne wieder 👍

Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend. Auch die direkte U-Bahn Station beim Hotel bietet gute Erreichbarkeit für andere Ausflugsziele. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach bietet sehr gutes Essen. Der Balkon mit Blick direkt auf den Dom ist unschlagbar.

Die Handtücher wurden nur wieder aufgehängt und nicht gewechselt obwohl wir sie in die Wanne gelegt hatten. Die zwei Stufen im gleichen Holz wie das Parkett ist etwas gefährlich.

Wir waren total begeistert. Werden das Hotel aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen und nochmal kommen

Alles war Perfekt das Hotel ist sehr Zentral man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Zudem war alles sehr sehr Ordentlich und sauber. Zudem war die Reise ein Geburtstags Geschenk ich hatte ein paar wünsche wie Ballons ect das alles wurde ohne Probleme umgesetzt.Großes Danke an der Stelle.Was man auch festlegen kann ist das dass Personal unfassbar nett und Herzlich ist

A great location ruined by a broken hotel. Maybe bad luck?

Location was great. Staff was great

Room size was incredibly small, even for Vienna. Elevators did not work, constantly under service. Our air conditioning in our room did not work. Impossible to open up the window without letting all the light in. Miserable sleeps with stale air. Wife ended up getting incredibly sick.

a good 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 stars. the rooms are outdated. we had a sofa in the room that had a hole that was stitched.

Very comfortable, great service (in particular the man who helps with the luggage was super friendly). Location is perfect on Stephenplatz in front of the cathedral. View from the restaurant on the 6th floor is breathtaking. Close walk to everything in the city.
