Leukerbad idéal pour les piscines chauffées et la randonnée sur la neige

La piscine extérieure

Piscine extérieure pas suffisamment chauffée pour l’hiver, pas assez de places de parking extérieures lorsque l’hôtel est complet, pas de lard grillé au petit déjeuner, trop de monde dans l’espace piscine donc pas de places disponibles pour s’allonger.

Dépaysant et reposant.

Les bains privés avec l’hôtel spa et hammam. Le petit balcon sur la vue Des montagnes magnifiques. L’espace lit et canapé immense. Les espace Bar cheminée de la réception.

Le faite que l’espace spa et hammam ne soit pas ouvert le matin. Dans la chambre les toilettes minuscule. Le passage des chambres jusqu’aux différents lieux de vie avec beaucoup de couloir et d’escalier et ascenseur minuscule.

Staff is very friendly in Hotel

Sauna, Hammam and warm thermal pools were a must after beautiful long walks in the surrounding mountains!! Rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant is very good and the service is great! All the Staff is very friendly.

Very good

All hotel staffs were helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Thermal bath pools and sauna helped relaxing after a long drive.

All facilities close too early and open quite late in the morning. If planning to drive a long way to this hotel for a night stay, it may be not worth it.

Pleasant

Clean room, nice bar and decent breakfast. (The barman was very nice) Situation is really good, next to baths and near facilities.

Indoor swimming pool pretty dirty, shower did not work, I had to use the bath. Pretty expensive... But hey, it's Switzerland.

Pleasant stay, excellent staff, nice pool

The view from the room was great. There was a kettle in the room. Easy to get to the pool (just go down to -1 in the lift). Friendly, helpful staff. The room and hotel were very clean. Inside and outside pools were excellent. In general we had a fine time. Breakfast was good but only continental.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No extra pillows in the wardrobe. No mirror in the room apart from the bathroom mirror. TV worked but there were no TV channels. These were small things but for a 4-star hotel, a little surprising. The pools were in general very good but, one of the three water jets in the outside pool, wasn't working. Sometimes the jets that were working, didn't, even after pressing the button or waiting. Breakfast was good but no English breakfast or close to that, just continental.

Good choice for Leukerbad

- comfortable and well decorated room (was much nicer than the photos on Booking) - staff were friendly and professional - good location & parking - nice breakfast

- bathroom was a bit dated - some areas of the hotel are a bit dated but it seems a lot is being renovated

Wonderful stay . Quiet area and large rooms with large bed. Very comfortable . Restaurant nice.

Room was very spacious and very nice view. The mountains are impressive surounding the station. Restaurant was delicious in the evening and breakfast very good as well with a very large choice. Staff and service are awesome. The SPA is very clean and there is a lot of space. The sauna and hamam are quite big .

The door of the bathroom opens milimeters away from the sink then sort of hits the toilet. For such a large room the bathroom could be a liitle bit bigger. But it's clean and organized. The room that allows passage from sauna to hammam is really cold. So there is quite a lot of thermic deperdition when the doors are opened by a customer. They could install a sliding door to separate better from the exterior opening doors.

A hotel with great potential.

Excellent spa - modern and pretty much exclusive use in the evening. Convenient location-easy to reach. Delicious fondue in Pocoloco&Cheesery - which is 2 mins away from the hotel. Very good breakfast buffet at the hotel.

The decor of the room is a bit outdated and staff is no always available at reception.
