We were just in heaven here. Beyond 5 stars. Blessed to have found such a place. Thank you.

This property is so gorgeous & peaceful. Beautiful views, amazing partner restaurant a short walk away, lovely pool, large apartment rooms. The staff is so lovely. I don't have one compliant about this space. So much better value than the hotels in the city & you get so much more. We never wanted to leave. Will definitely return.

La cama era muy incomoda, te dan un desayuno en una caja con muy pocas cosas y nada sanas. No como en las fotos.. Las instalaciones no están nada cuidadas… No nos ha gustado…

Fattoria a firenze

La struttura è collocata in collina immersa completamente nella natura. Molto belli gli appartamenti visti anke da fuori. Strutture rimodernizzate dentro ma mantenendo sempre lo stile tipico di una volta, porte ,soffitti alti in legno, e mobili di antiquariato. Molto belli. L'appartamento all'interno si presenta accogliente non mancava nulla. Presenti tutti utensili per la cucina e anche la lavastoviglie. Per la colazione apprezzati i croissant.

Fare più attenzione alla pulizia. Presenti ragnatele vicino alla finestra del lavandino della cucina. E il piano cottura andrebbe pulito meglio. Era un'pò appiccicoso. La colazione da rivedere. Scatole con cibo confezionato dentro. Sarebbe stato bello poter assaggiare qualcosa tipica della località. Noi eravamo in 2, e per 2 mattine di seguito nel cofanetto della colazione non hanno lasciato le capsule per il caffè. Quindi niente caffè la mattina.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

It bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting in the big livingroom in the main house. The staff were personable & responsive when we needed something. I would definitly go back. The setting was quite lovely.

The washing machine wasn't working properly or I didn't know to use it. Though when we got there there was water in the bottom of it that hadn't spun out from the previous people.

Beautiful place! Food was average.

Beautiful location, lovely grounds and pool.

I searched for specific agriturismo who can cater to celiacs. Their name popped up on a website showing numerous options. I booked and when arrived asked about gluten free food. Staff laughed and said “no”.

Superb

Hard to get around with a wheelchair, however they let you park close to the pool. You can’t get to the office to check in with a wheelchair. Not at all. You have to have help.

Great property, great views, big rooms, but don't plan on being bale to walk to the pool

Distance from the room to the pool. Our room was about 1km away, so walking to the pool with kids is not an option which is odd given the apartment we were in, big enough for 5 was so far away.

I really enjoyed my stay, Fattoria Il Millione was very comfortable and safe.

The moon was beautiful and the area was breathtaking. I definitely enjoyed the nature and everything that the area offered. The breakfast was filling in definitely a treat.

The lighting in the room could’ve been a little brighter. I know this area is countryside, but it should be recommended to have a car while staying at this location.

Breakfast was excellent, lovely around the poolside. Rooftop terrace overlooking the Lake. Short walk from centre. Tropical lush gardens and very helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom was lovely and modern

The only thing was the family room was smaller than I thought and there was no mirror in the room.

Beautiful authentic location with amazing views.

Beautiful authentic space. Jacuzzi bath was nice. Nice pool.

The location was great. Could have used a few more coffees in the room each day. With a car the tram was an easy drive away to make it into Florence. A little difficult to find the location but once you do it is very convenient.

Beautiful location, not recommended if you don’t have a car

The location is beautiful, in the Tuscan hills. The pool area is very nice and well equipped. Breakfast had a good continental selection of a good standard. The restaurant had great food and was a life saver, except when it was closed for a private booking. It can be booked through Quandoo which is helpful as the staff there don’t speak much English.

The location of the property is remote and we found that taxi drivers do not like going there, which means a car is needed unless you don’t wish to leave the property at all during your stay. The location of the two bedroom apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from breakfast and everything else which is hard for those with limited mobility. The property could be exceptional with a bit more effort - maintenance is not of a very high standard, there is no shop on site or close and, very little was provided in the apartment (no tea, coffee, cleaning materials or even a mop to help with the messy shower.) Some of the staff are a little rude and temperamental. Contrary to what it says on the listing, there are no products like oil or wine available on site, and the wine tasting is a 10 minute drive or taxi away.

Amazing stay!

WOW! What an incredible experience.. 2 days spent here felt like 2 weeks.. An absolute perfect escape, close enough to Florence yet feels like a world away. This property and its villas are everything I could have dreamt of and more. The beautiful wildlife, the views and outlook, the pool, the gardens, the lake! It was pure relaxing bliss after 3 weeks of travelling Italy. The restaurant they recommend for dinner was also great, with amazing views and food! Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Brought my luggage to my door as I did not have a car and organised a taxi pick up on my behalf.

The location is incredible, and the stay was in a traditional Tuscan apartment that I loved.

My fault! I wish I had hired a car as the location is far from the centre of Florence.

Beautiful old building, quirky art throughout.

Tiny shower shoulders literally touching glass doors, had to turn off water and open doors in order to bend over to wash legs and feet. Tiny cramped kitchen smaller than a boat galley.

My honest review

location and the scenery were extraordinary.

apartment we stayed needs a bit of refresh. the air is very stale or smelly due to old furniture. nearly empty , on site restaurant stuff turned us away because we didn't have a table booked. not sure if its down for being with the kids or because we asked to grab some cakes and drinks only ( no dinner ). they even didn't offer outside table.
