From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The service throughout my stay was nothing short of outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my experience was perfect
The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable.
The kitchen was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious dishes. Breakfasts were fresh and varied, and dinners were beautifully presented and equally tasty.

It’s an amazing hotel with beautiful scenery and rooms. We are especially grateful for the front desk manager Mauro Pizzo who is very enthusiastic about solving problems and make our stay a very pleasant experience. We will definitely come back again to this hotel.

Absolutely exceptional.

Everything. Particularly the architecture and history of the place. The Basile room, the ballroom, the bar, the staircases & the simple decor throughout.
Enough time there!

breakfast room and general historic nature of hotel.
help when my son and friend had to stay as their flight was cancelled and they were underage. was charged 1000 euros for a room which looked onto a wall which felt a bit steep given the situation.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT . CONCIERGE GROUP WERE SUPERB!! AND THE WAITERS AT BREAKFAST AS WELL.
THE ONLY THING IS THAT LOCATION IS NOT THAT NICE AND IF YPOU HAVE A CAR IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND PARKING AT THE CENTER.
8.0 / 10.0
beautiful decor and space. great views
location was farther than anticipated and the reserving of the shuttle was a little annoying because it books up quickly and have to reserve in advance. didn’t make for a relaxing experience always having to plan around the times, wanted to enjoy being on vacation.
expected a little more service for a 5 star, no welcome treat upon arrival (was only hotel on trip not to have)
the food was incredible at hotel, loved the ambiance of bar

Would have loved to try out the pool but this was the weather and couldn’t be helped. Perfect stay overall.

the pool was not open and therefore the pool bar for snacks/ lunch - felt all closed up . no steam room or sauna in spa - no heaters in bar terrace or restaurant

We were upgraded to a fantastic suite with an endlos big terrace and wonderful view. The breakfast is generous, a really treat in a super pleasant environment. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We spent 3 nights in the hotel because of work, but we have decided to spend hier once our holiday in spring or summer.

Flawless location, building, service and comfort from start to finish. Hospitality clearly runs in the Forte family blood and this hotel is no exception. Villa Igiea is grand, luxurious and extremely comfortable but relaxed and neither intimidating or pretentious and seems to attract a clientele that appreciates that. Let's call it quiet luxury! I couldn't recommend it more highly.
Having to leave!
