So stylish and cozy hotel, small but everything is quite decently made. Location is perfect, every tourist attraction within walking distance. Communication through WhatsApp, everything explained well, they also offered transfer to/from airport and other benefits. They have beautiful patio inside the hotel with tiny swimming pool and you can have breakfast/dinner there. Restaurant Lumia which belong to the hotel is quite expensive but good food served. Breakfast is one of the best we had in long time, nice buffet with all the pastries and different ham, salami or cheese. Also, you can order other dishes such as eggs Benedict with salmon/bacon/spinach or any other types of cooked eggs. They also cook crepes which were mouth watering.
They do not have their own parking, but they offered us to park at the nearest parking garage (13€ day), only 500 meters walk from hotel.
A little complicated to get (by car) to the hotel, tiny and crowded streets, but still manageable. No parking around (you will be lucky if you find some spot), but we do not recommend to live car on the street.

Struttura nuova e con arredamento particolare
La rumorosità della stanza e la posizione della struttura in una zona non proprio raccomandabile seppur vicinissima al teatro Massimo

Nothing really

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very rustic
Only issue was the TV remote not functioning. Worked it out eventually. Small negative.

Great room, great food, nice people!
@casanostra: not your vault but the taxidriver you ordered to bing us to the port/harbor was extremely rude … advice not to use him anymore!

Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful.
Lift wasn’t working on our floor for our duration.
There was lots of rubbish around on the streets.
Lots of building work going on next door.

Perfect location , the shower and bathroom facilities are very good. Breakfast is full of sweet options , super fresh. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful ( they all speak English) . The hotel is situated on the heart of the Capo Market , a few blocks away from the restaurants and bars.
we loved everything, the only thing I would like to mention is that on the last night we stayed on a room on the first floor next to the elevator and it was a little bit noisy , compared to second floor rooms. Be aware in case you're a light sleeper.

We absolutely LOVED this accomodation. One of the best I've stayed in for a while! Definitely had it's perk staying off-peak season where we could easily rome around town without it being too busy however the atmosphere was still lively. Absolutely loved the pool surrounding us while we had breakfast in the morning.
Nothing! Was amazing.

Excellent location and staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings.
Great bedroom and loved the decor
Loved the breakfast arrangement (although it could be clearer about when cooked breakfast is served (not every day))
Excellent addition of airport taxi both ways (payable) but made life so easy

Good continental breakfast. Convenient for central Palermo and its sights. Nice courtyard with large Jacuzzi (didn't use it, however). Modern decor and a relaxed atmosphere. Good restaurant attached to hotel.
The staff were individually helpful, but it was difficult to find who was the "manager" so sometimes requests were duplicated or contradicted. Nothing serious in this way, however. Our room was on a floor that did not have direct access by lift so we had to walk up a metal and concrete stairway which was a bit awkward for me as my mobility isn't great.

We stayed in suite with a jacuzzi and were not disappointed by choosing it.
Amazing reception staff.
Delicious cannoli for breakfast.

Room design and size were great. The staff are very friendly.
This was the only hotel we’ve stayed in that doesn’t provide any complimentary coffee and tea, which I would expect given the cost.
The pool is only open from 11.30-6.30pm as the area is also being used for the restaurant. it’s the first place we’ve had this happen, again given the price we feel this compromises guests. The accommodation is opposite a market and the rooms at the front can get a bit noisy although this didn’t worry us.

we stayed in the balcony room with a spa and the plants were all dead and the outdoor furniture rickety and old. we booked that room to have alfresco time but it was unpleasant out there

The listing advertised a pool. I was specifically looking for a hotel with a pool. There is NO pool…only a tub of water the size of a king bed. I feel completely misled by booking.com and this property. Quite frankly I think y’all owe me a refund. The room was also infested with ants, nats AND mosquitos. Maybe one would have been acceptable but all three is ridiculous. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff they said it was because of the weather. I couldn’t sleep because I was being devoured by mosquitos. Ants got all over my shoes and clothes. I have never been more miserable at a hotel. Ever.
