enchanté par notre séjour

hôtel bien situé par rapport aux activités et au centre ville et très propre le personnel très accueillant et souriant déjeuner très copieux chambre bien insonorisée, lit très confortable, très propre

des prospectus à l'entrée afin de pouvoir s'orienter vers les visites à faire autres que les 5 terres

Good but air conditioning issue made it a little uncomfortable

Accommodations were excellent, breakfast was great

Even though it was advertised as having air conditioning, the would not turn it on and explained that they only turn it on late May. This should have been said prior on booking site

Resipsiyon görevlileri çok yardım sever. Gözlüğümü takside düşürmüşüm, taksi firması ile irtibata geçip gözlüğü bulup bana teslim ettiler.

Girişi merdivenle. Bavulu merdivenden yukarı taşımanız gerekiyor yada küük bir taşıma asansörünü kullanmanız gerekiyor. Bellboy yok.

Very central. Friendly staff. New, modern renovated Hotel. Good Hotel Restaurant.

The hotel is good, the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great, in front of a walk bay area, stores, restaurants. The breakfast was super good except the coffea

Fantastic location. Just minutes from the port and tree-lined Viale Italia promenade. The restaurant, the menu, and its staff were very attentive and abundant, which was a pleasant surprise considering the remainder of the property’s lack of charm.

Outdated, broken, non-functional amenities and furnishing. Reception staff arrogantly unhelpful in finding a solution for to accommodate my teenage daughter in the same room because she was 13 years old. No extra bed options, despite having booked 3 rooms for my family. They also put us on the worst floor possible - non renovated, ghastly ambience, - with a bunch of school children making a lot of noise, and claimed it was probably because we checked in late. Totally not worth the almost 200 EUR a night per room. Not even for 100. I had to eventually separate from my family and go find another hotel recommended by the manager (apparently he was sending everyone there), which looked and felt like an old-person care facility. Very disappointing service, or a complete lack thereof. No apology was extended and the manager quickly made excuses insinuating this was my fault. Would not recommend this experience to anyone!

the staff is amazing! And hotel outside of the ZTL zone helps a lot!

the Wi-Fi is terrible, didn’t work in our room. and when works, they offer you a reduced speed and asks you to pay, it is ridiculous for 4star hotel do this…

Lovely hotel in great location.

Lovely hotel in great location. Beautiful view over the marina. Great room with very comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Disappointing

Everything else was up to the standards of a 4stars hotel

apparently there was construction going on in the building, both Friday and Saturday at 8 in the morning there were already people drilling

Pleasant

Nice place, nice localization but the hotel need to put more attention in little things that to them don't cost too much to fix it and for us it's a big difference.

Bedroom and location very good

Food. Not fantastic I'm afraid. Breakfast is fine really - standard, but evening meals did not meet with expectations. One dish was billed as a special - a grilled chicken salad, but was honestly (with no exaggeration) fit only for rabbit food. It was flavourless, dry and had zero of anything nice added to it. I complained and they did offer to replace / remove from the bill but I had no appetite to have it replaced if the chef was content to serve that. If you have time to find alternatives outside the hotel that might be best. While sat there eating a fairly late meal - but hey, if they are open, they are open - the staff began setting up for breakfast all around us too which does spoil the relaxation somewhat.
