L’accueil de Maurizia!! Une Hôte fantastique !! Elle nous est venue en aide pour notre fille!!
4.5 / 5.0

the apartment has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable. Maurizia has put a lot of attention to details in the apartment and it has everything you need including all the basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Juice and water in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch.
communication with Maurizia was also good.
3.5 / 5.0
Nicely decorated and very clean with everything needed in the kitchen and bath. Great space and lots of bright light. It was great to have the washing machine.
Location wasn’t ideal. Ok for middle ages. The balcony listed looks out on inside court of large building and isn’t great. Air Cond had restrictions on temp so in hot weather it’s not good. Trash cans in front of building were overflowing for days before truck picked up.

Maurizia was an awesome hostress. She picked us up at our bus stop at 11PM somewhere in Turin. That was so kind! She drove us to the apartment, did some administration and told us everything we needed to know. We kept in touch via Booking.com from now and then. She replied very quickly.
The apartment is a 20 minute walk away from the centre of Turin, 1 minute to the nearest bus stop (5 minutes bus ride to centre) and a 5 minutes walk to a very large and quality supermarket (go there and try the pastry store inside!). As soon we entered the apartment we noticed it was very nice and clean. It has a balkony with both sun and shadow, every window has a rolling shutter and airco included.
The facilities were great. The bed was fine, it is actually the first time I didn't woke up with a backache while on holiday. The bathroom was also great. Proper rainingshower and even toiletpaper was present. There was also a washingmachine and well, again, even the laundry detergent was present. The apartment also includes a kitchen. Almost every kitchenware you need was there: oven, dishwasher, soap, toaster, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, fridge, freezer. Everything but a spatula, but hey; flipping burgers with a fork wasn't that kind of a problem though.
Everything was just great!
The color of the lights in the apartment could be a bit warmer. It was very bright which makes the apartment not that cozy anymore.
The airco was very nice but unfortunuately placed above the door between the living- and bedroom. Because it blowed the cool air towards the livingroom, it was kinda difficult to get the bedroom cool as well. Advise: Keep the shutters closed during the day and turn on the airco 1 of 2 hour before sleep.
