Great hotel.

Fantastic view and lovely pool. Big family room with loads of storage and big bathroom. The shuttle bus into town is a godsend. All staff very friendly.

La vista

Materassi singoli, non matrimoniali. Doccia ostruita e successivamente disostruita, ma abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta per la puzza che c’era in camera. Colazione abbastanza variegata, ma con prodotti di scarsa qualità.

Lovely hotel perfect for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast

The room was bright and airy with spectacular views. Nice hotel with good facilities including a shuttle bus to Sorrento and a lovely pool. Staff were lovely.

So many old people. We were traveling on our honeymoon and were the youngest guests by at least 50 years.

Very good

Very clean and well equipped. Pool and sun lounges were a plus. Courtesy bus into town. We had a room with a sea view and we liked how spacious the rooms are.

breakfast, clean, big rooms and staff was helpful. also, shuttle bus to city center was super helpful.

had to sleep with the patio open because the air wouldn't come on which I'm assuming they wanted it that way because they didn't think it was hot, but I assure you when you have hot flashes and three people in one hotel room an ac would be very helpful!

Adequate facility away from everything. A shuttle bus to bring to sorrento & bus / train station.

nice bar staff… nice view

not as friendly as you would like. no iron in the room. There was a room downstairs with an iron if you had to touch up clothes.. facility was a bit dated.. older crowd also.

Amazing stay at Sorrento and great value for money

the hotel was absolutely amazing. great location, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and super friendly staff. Flavio was king enough to give us a room with the most amazing sea view without any further cost. The hotel also has a free shuttle servuce to and from the city center of Sorrento which runs every hour and is super convenient. Also, we had to move our reservation twice for personal issues and they did it immediately and without any cost. Thank you, we couldn't have had a more prefect stay at Sorrento.

it would be nice for a hotel this size to have a gym. The rooftop terrace could use some love, it has a gorgeous view but it is not well maintained. a the restaurant closes too early.

Very good

Friendly staff. Shuttle was available and was easy to reach the center of Sorrento.

Rooms are old fashioned and basic. Basic buffet for breakfast.

Superb

Great location, useful shuttle bus, staff great, rooms very good bed okay, rooms have sky TV but beds not that great. Entertainment every night and with a great view of the volcano. Drinks can be expensive at night but otherwise pretty good.

Excellent location but the facilities and rooms need to be updated

The free breakfast and shuttle bus was very good.

Too many smoking areas/rooms which permeated the facility and the hotel restaurant for dinner was sub par from any of the dining experiences we had on the island.

Location great

Breakfast not worth having. Staff not friendly, only one hot item eggs and only scrambled. No signs to find anything. Offer a shuttle bus daily. There should be a ticket system, as when it comes to collect the residents lots of pushing in and not enough room on the coach.

Amazing time at the Grand Hotel Vesuvio - Sorrento is beautiful

Lovely location with breathtaking views over Sorrento, Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Pool was amazing, lots of sun beds and nice pool bar. Staff in the hotel were very friendly, we had a lovely time here. The shuttle bus to the town centre was very welcome and was a good service.

Superb

The hotel has a stunning view, lovely rooms, and the staff were incredible. It is a short walk (20 minutes) into Sorrento, but there is a regular shuttle bus, which helps. The only flaw would be that the food at the pool was not the greatest, but apart from that everything was excellent and I would stay here again.

Great Views from the Gulf side rooms, good value and great service. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Very clean property! The staff was incredibly helpful and did their best to help with the language barrier. The peaceful property is up overlooking Sorrento but the shuttle service makes it easy to get down to the busy square for the day.

The food wasn’t up to the same standards as the property would lead you to believe.

Great views from the balcony. Very clean rooms. Nice swimming pool

Not a large selection for breakfast. No free water provided in the room on arrival. Very long walk into the centre, their is a shuttle which is excellent, however the times are very restricted.

Very enjoyable and worth the money.

All that was very good.

It needs a paint job and some updates but that also added to the charm of the place. I think when paoosible they shouls paint the interiors as well.

The staff was great, very helpfull and freindly We were 3 in one room which was very spacious and clean, with a great view Breakfast was good we also had dinner the food was great The have a shuttel from the hotel for free to the city center it was so comfortable They also have arranged tours to amalfi coast, capri and more where they pick you up and drop you off at the hotel
