Cómodas instalaciones y ubicación, desayuno variado.
Personal no tenía mucha información acerca de la movilidad de la ciudad.

breakfast was good, room was clean, staff were generally friendly. We liked the location of the hotel.
We were told we would have a garden view, but there was no real view. No free bottles of water which is normally provided in our hotel. swimming pool was very small.
5.0
it was very close to everything in Sorrento and it was easy to travel from there to the Amalfi coast to Capri whoever we wanted to go
Tiles are very slippery. I fell in the first day and tore my knee. but I roughed it out.
4.0
Really good pool and restaurant and I liked the overall modern feel.
More of a view…?

Location was great. Pool and bar area fantastic

The rooms were nice & plenty big enough. Good sized balcony & a view of the sea! Breakfast was good with meats, yoghurts, fruit & omelette on request!
The only thing which wasn’t great was the small pool. However there was a rooftop balcony with sun loungers to sit out on!

The gardens and flowers were just stunning. The private beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The pool area overlooks the bay and the view is breathtaking. There is a lift!! Staff were all so lovely. One man even hand wrote me recommendations for restaurants etc. I will definitely be back!

Bright modern and clean. Good parking and very good breakfast cooked to order
The price of a standard G&T, minor irritation. €12 too much, €7 over the road

The place is beautiful, the location is fabulous, and the staff was very friendly. The single room was small but perfect for my needs and my budget. I only stayed for about 12 hours as it was a last minute need between checking out of the hospital down the block and catching an early flight out of Naples. I couldn't enjoy any of the amenities as there just wasn't time. But if I come back to Sorrento I will stay again.
The only drawback to this stay was I chose the hotel for its location and the attached restaurant and availability of room service.. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays which I was not aware of, so there was no room service available, and the experience of sitting on the terrace having a drink was not possible. I also missed the included breakfast because I had to leave in the middle of the night for a very early flight.

Good location at the edge of city centre. Access to Corso Italia and Marina Grande. Sea view. Modern and bright rooms. Efficient room heating in early spring . Good choice of breakfast meals, but the same selection every day (we spent 4 nights).
Fridge available in room but no kettle . Rest area on 3rd floor might be complementary equipped with tea and coffee preparation possibility. There is a mini bar at the rest area but not available for guests during the day even for self service purposes. Too less international TV and radio channels programmed into TV set. Sound of external air cooler units little uncomfortable.

A beautiful hotel, with great views and the most perfect location! a minute walk to all the great eateries and bars! a simple breakfast that didn’t need to be any more than that! tasty and perfect!

Convenient location with views to the sea. Clean room with comfy beds and a good buffet breakfast.
As it was the beginning of the holiday season at Easter the hotel restaurant was closed.

Convenient for walking into the centre of Sorrento. Convenient for car access from the West and though parking is on site, its a bit of a lottery as the numbers of spaces is restricted. Price point is low for Sorrento. The breakfast service was typical of a large chain hotel - a large varied buffet. The staff were very helpful and provided my husband - who is gluten free - with a good selection. Communal areas were well appointed and spacious.
Small, poor quality room with dated fixtures and fittings. This was one of the worst rooms we had in three weeks of travelling Southern Italy and 50% more expensive than the general. The walls are paper thin and we could here every word of the argument going on in the next room; we consider ourselves lucky it didn't go on too late - ear-plugs are essential. The view on the website is only visible from the pool/bar area.
Had we have known what this was like beforehand, we would have stayed an extra night in our B&B in Castellammare.
25Euro for one day parking really means just overnight; you have to remove the car by check-out time.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, markets and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. The hotel is beautiful and newly renovated with a view of the coast.
Breakfast is good but it could be better.

Nice breakfast and the personnel were helpful with useful tips.
The pool glass fence shows the pool and the area around it aren't well taken care of in terms of hygene! It should be clean at all times.

Good view, great location, clean.
Walk to train station.
Walk way under our window, and a light movement activated at night.

We stayed at the hotel Rivage with friends and family for our wedding. The breakfast is great and the rooms are lovely and clean too. Its in a great location to walk into town and the pool, bar are fab too.
The decor of our bathroom could be updated a bit more.

Really nice facility, within walking distance to center of Sorrento and close to some conveniences (shops to get water and a laundromat). Pool was great, was nice to take a break there in mid afternoon heat!
