La ubicación perfecta y el desayuno muy bien, bastante completo y en general muy limpio. En recepción amables y atentos.

lo que menos me ha gustado es que creo que el hotel necesita una reforma, se ve un poco antiguo. Por lo demás muy bien.

Location and breakfast great but rest disappointing.

Breakfast was very good Parking option mon existent they only have 7 places. Can't pre book was full when we arrived. Found space outside but have to pay and only 2 hour slots no use if going out. But public car park 5 mins walk 17 euro for 24 hours. But 10 mins from horse feria which was the purpose of our visit.got access to our room At 130

We booked terrace. Should have saved money can you believe dont supply even chairs for terrace No point having terrace overlooks main road. The poor arrangements for parking. Nowhere to even pull up to drop case

This Hotel NEVER AGAIN

No brush in the toilet, which is Necessary after its use, otherwise client will be smelling his own escrements, and no air extraction in the bathroom, so after its use > one has to open the door to the room in order to ventilate. Whoever Certified them with 4 stars was bribed…

A good value location to stay 10 mins walk from old Jerez. Varied food choices nearby when you look.

The small suites were spacious, comfortable and value for money. Large beds.

Toilet right behind the sink. The nightclub over the road open until 7am at the weekend.

Lovely room and exceptional breakfast

Our room was lovely, very stylish and spacious. Coming back to the room felt like coming home. We thought the breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in our whole trip.

It is in a good area opposite the prestigious Sherry Park hotel and near the Real Escuela del Arte Ecuestre. But it is about 20 minutes walk into the centre. No free parking. Hotel parking is €20 per day. Public parking close by is €16 per 24 hours, less for a shorter stay

The hotel is fine but, forget looking for a coffee or a drink as it has no facilities dave for the restaurant next door

I stayed for 2 nights and was awoken on both nights by music from a nearby club blasting out non- stop! The first night it went on until 5 am and last night until 6.30am.

I asked for a room with a shower. I was told no shower at this level. You have to upgrade to the next level. I asked what would this cost I was told at the front desk this was not available. When I got to my room it had a SHOWER only. It was a handicapped room. Wheelchair accessible so shower only. Just what I asked for. So happy. I was happy with the service over Breakfeast. Very nice service lady.

Better communication at the front desk. In English. She spoke English well but didn't seem to know I was booked into a wheelchair accessible room.

Do not book an nh hotel.

I have to be honest and say there was nothing that I liked about my stay, from the greeting when checking in to trying to get somewhere to work.

I know I booked a basic room, but this wasn't basic, this was a small cupboard, with a bed in the middle. There was no desk, no tea, coffee facility. I was staying at the hotel on business and had nowhere to work, so ended up sitting in the hotel lobby to work. The breakfast variety was extremely poor. dried scrambled eggs was the best I got. I think my room was above the kitchen, so I would hear everything from when they were cleaning up for the night to preparing breakfast at 5am.
