No pongo nada
El patio interior podría estar mejor cuidado
2.5
Limpio y correcto.

Rien d'autre a redire
3.5
Everything beside below, location very good and near to bus station, near to shopping area also.
AC doesn’t work properly either cold or hot,
5.0
The Staff and the cleanness.
Nothing in particular.
4.5
Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
The light bulb for the desk lamp was broken and maintenance didn't work on the weekends to replace it.
No parking. Breakfast prices too expensive so we ate out.
3.5
The building quite specifical
2.0
Great location close to the city and restaurants.
Renovation is happening and this was not told to the guests. I was rudely woken up at 7 am every morning with banging and drilling from the room next door. I tried to switch rooms but the staff said it will not continue but it did.
4.5
Very clean and the breakfast buffet was both varied and high-quality.
3.5
Great location, helpful staff and of course, the beautiful tiled cloisters.
The rooms looked good in the photos but ours was shabby and the bathroom needs maintenance. The air con took hours to start to cool the room. The view over the school playground was a shock. And the breakfast was disappointing, in a grim atmosphere.

We loved the location and the proximity to parking. The breakfast was also quite good. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

4.0
Beautiful location/building. Very friendly reception personnel. Public Parking was closed by.
The bathroom was a little small: having the door opening to the outside instead of to the inside would already be a big improvement.
3.5
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
The noise of the late night party in park prevented sleep! But the Aircon noise levelled it out, almost . Also a double bed would have been preferred. A conference hotel in feel.

Place was located in walking distance to cafes, bars and parks. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
Parking garage around the corner which hotel has agreement with, kicked me out as soon as I got a ticket from dispenser. Attendant was abrupt and rude. In Spanish, shouting it was only for local church attendees. Attendant made me do a U-turn around ticket dispenser which was a very tight space and cars were lining to enter and exit. Attendant guided me into a broken pipe which scratched the rental car. It took another hour to find parking.

Lovely building - ground floor is old monastery
My room was very noisy, 105, beside lift and door to stairs and breakfast room, which squeaked on opening and banged shut. I mentioned it on second day and was offered a different room, but I had booked a tour and didn’t have time to move. if the door hinges could be oiled and put on a slow spring to close and a silent closing mechanism it would help future residents of that room.
Also my second night there was a nearby resident who was snoring so loudly I could hear in my room and it kept me awake (and my windows were shut). So maybe soundproofing was less in such an old building.
4.5
Beautiful hotel set in a formerly Monastery. The room was clean and comfortable.
It would be great if hot drinks containing milk available at breakfast wouldn’t have sugar
4.5
Friendly staff pleasant neighbourhood.
Very small bath and noise from neighbouring rooms both on same floor and from above.

loved it
3.5
Good location near city - 20 minute walk to Allhambra.
Excellent area for restaurants and cafes.
Offstreet parking at 17 euros a day.
I should have studied pictures more closely. Rooms and corridors are like any modern hotel. The courtyard is nice but our room was a long way from there.
4.0
Location is great, less than 10mins walk to the city central, plenty choice of restaurants within few mins walk. Bus in front of the hotel as well. quite area but not far from everything!
no kettle in the room, also there is not a lobby bar to have a drink of coffee.

Fantastic! Like going back in time. Beautiful building, rooms, and staff! The vegetarian restaurant, Raices, which is about 2 blocks away, was great (although closed most hours of the day).
