I really liked the location , environment and facilities I would love to come again next time and will recommend to my family and friends I had very nice experience

One thing I didn’t like Host should always clean the blankets once the guests leave because from all the comforter and blanket there was smell of other human beside that everything was perfect so please I have one request when ever guest leave wash or dry clean the comforter / blanket because hygiene is very important

Heerlijk appartement op top locatie. Geluidsoverlast savonds was zeer beperkt.

Top locatie. Licht appartement plus airco in alle slaapkamers. Prettig ingericht en prima bedden en handdoeken

De wasmachine rook niet erg fris en we kregen inductie niet aan de praat terwijl we er zelf eentje hebben. Afwezigheid van een waterkoker. Erg lastig dat contactpersoon totaal geen engels sprak.

Die Lage sollte nicht alles sein !!!

Die Lage ist spitze. Mitten in der Stadt.

Leider spricht der Vermieter nur spanisch, sehr kompliziert. Der Hausflur riecht streng und der Geruch zog bis ins Apartment. Es gab keinen Zugang zum Internet und auch nach mehrmaligem Anruf beim Vermieter bekam ich nur erneut die Zugangsdaten, das bring leider nichts wenn der Router keine IP zurück sendet. Das Sofa hat die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich, legt besser ein Laken drüber. Alles in allem zu teuer für die erhaltene Leistung.

Perfect family option, with impeccable location and value for money!

Incredible location, size and quality of accommodation for its very reasonable price. Rooms are of a very generous size and the standout is really the positioning, directly across from the Cathedral of Granada as well as most of Granada's top attractions. I would strongly advise such an apartment to families looking to spend a few days or up to a week in Granada, you will be more than comfortable.

Because the accommodation is not a traditional 'Hotel' there are no staff services that are of in-person access and so if you arrive early you are unable to keep your bags anywhere until check in. Keep this in mind and ensure that you arrive closer to 2:30PM when check-in takes place.

Exceptional

The location is amazing. The size of the apartment was excellent. The kitchen and clothes washer were very convenient. Good sized bathroom and shower. Loved the light and access to the balconies and the blackout curtains.

In the foyer/entrance area, it seems the flooring is coming up a bit, tripped and almost fell. Sometimes, the door to the apartment itself would rather loudly vibrate or shake from activity in the hall, not sure why.

I like the location of this apartment.

The bathroom is updated, needs repair, and the toilet didn't work correctly. I contacted the host, but they only answered by email; they didn't even bother to give us a phone call. Thank God is was just one night. We were disappointed.

The best view in Granada

Location is the best you can find at Granada!! And the view is unbelievable. Very easy check in and check out. Very nice small kitchen. Lots of shops and cafes around the property, even a small supermarket.

There is a washing machine, but no iron. No corkscrew and wine glasses. Saturday night is not the best time to stay at this apartment, people screaming and having parties around the place and you can hear everything. Wi-fi is not great. The apartment is not very clean and the furniture has plenty of stains on it. I paid cleaning fee, but they also asked me to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and remove all the garbage bags...

Great for short stay in Granada!

Nice space. Nice sized bathrooms.Included some soaps, bath gel and shampoo. Easy entry. Had washer and drying rack. A/C units for both rooms.

Shower let water out on bathroom floor.

Overall the apartment was very nice with perfect location to explore Granada. The check-in procedure is with code for the keys, so for a late arriva like ours was a big plus.

The kitchen needs to have more amenities like corkscrew, wine glasses, kitchen paper towel, kettle, liquid soap.

close to city but there is room for improvement for cleanliness and tidiness

the communication from management was very poor. it was told initially that the access code to the property will be emailed at least 14 hours prior to arrival but it was sent 55 minutes after arrival.

No lamps to create mood lighting - just bright light or nothing. The sofa is uncomfortable. The property messaged after the stay offering a 20% discount in exchange for a five-star review. Surely this is not ethical, and throws doubt on all other reviews.

Convenient location but terrible communication from the owners.

The property is in the centre of the city. The apartment was clean and modern. It was very secure.

We could not get into the property when we arrived at 8.30pm. I had a problem with mobile roaming on my phone and they did not send the information about access until after 3pm when we were travelling. They did not answer the phone even though I tried several times. I had to ask the manager of the next door for help so that I could get in the building and into the apartment. Also, we were not given directions to the property and it was hard to find.

The location is lovely. The place is clean. The instructions for getting in where clear.

The price indicated for the parking is incorrect. It is 25 EUR not 20. What is more, it's an overstatement to say it has parking as they don't even have a deal with the parking that's near them. The neighbors were loud and were.moving furniture and on Sunday night. For the price you pay for the accommodation and the parking you can find a nicer stay, with better service, softer sheets and nice toiletries.
