buon giorno, Hotel eccellente, l' organizzazione dello staff è molto preparato, ideale per ragazzi pronti al divertimento

Per il rispetto delle regole non è il massimo, rumorosi la notte, personalmente ho chiamato due volte la sicurezza per musica alta la notte, capisco che ero IO in una struttura adatta alla movida notturna La pulizia della camera fatta due volte sole in 5 giorni, capisco la mole delle signore per ripristinare le persone uscenti, cordiali alla necessità di cambio asciugamani, come mamma e come lavoratrice nel settore le signore sono veramente brave e pazienti

La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Faites très attention, chambre très vieille en mode Mamie Je suis arrivé à peine cinq minutes j’ai demandé un remboursement de la chambre ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser la totalité j’ai dû payé 77 € juste pour une visite de la chambre. Il n’y a pas de savon, pas de dentifrice, pas de literie Pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire. Personnel désagréable n’a pas d’empathie

Nice lobby... Nice pool.

The elevators make so much noise when operating, that you even feel the building shaking when they start/stop moving. You hear all of this in the rooms, and your neighbors. Let's just say that if they go to the bathroom it's like they're in your room...

DESASTRE POR 300€

UN DESASTRE. Me queje de la limpieza desde el primer dia y no hicieron nada. El segundo dis me encuentro la cama hecha con un calcentin dentro. La de la limpieza ni se molesto en sacudir la cama. El yltimo dis fuimos a ducharnos y no habia agua caliente y nos dicen que teniais que haber dejado el agua correr 30 min antes.. vergonzoso

Great time at Vibra

Location was great; close to airport and many of the main clubs. We did all inc and food was decent enough. Drinks were great.

Fine if you want to go partying and enjoy the pools and bar, but not recommended for family stays

The location is quite good. Not a beautiful location but it is quite convenient. The staff actually do a tremendous job considering the amount of people they have to deal with. The staff were accommodating, friendly, understanding and very efficient in their job. The breakfast was generous and covered all taste and dietary requirements.

The rooms were very basic. I was moved from a room as the one I was assigned had extremely strong cigarette smoke coming through the ventilators. The beds were also contaminated as I ended up with red welts from some insect that was in the bed clothes. The halls are very noisy with many people playing loud music partying in their rooms and you could also hear everything in the adjoining rooms.

everything we had a great stay, Simona checked us in on our 1st day and brought us breakfast in bed!! the pool party during the day on the terrace got everyone going before the big nights out and all the staff were incredible. I would recommend the all inclusive option.

Rooms don’t match pictures, too many young adults and you can’t bring your friends up to your room after a certain time

The staff is rude , the property is out dated all of the furniture is old. the room felt like it was in the 80’s. The bathroom need a good cleaning and of course updating . Also there are 18 year olds running around and are loud . The biggest issue is the fact that you can’t have friends over after a certain time security will not let them go upstairs at all unless the purchase a room for the night . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU . You can pay the same thing and get new furniture updated rooms and good service down the street at towns Ibiza . This place is garbage .

AMAZING

It was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Cristian, Alvaro and Marea in the Aqua bar always greeted us with lovely smiles and nothing was ever too difficult for them. We would recommend this place to every one. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😃

The staff was extremely helpful with all the enquires. The food was also very nice.

Maybe a bit more of variety for breakfast, the main 'theme' was English breakfast and pastries.
