On the whole we had a lovely stay, we have stayed before and we shall come back again

Love the location and the staff are all very lovely. Also love that we always have a great view from our room and terrace

The only thing we found disappointing was that the room was made up very late dispite us putting the sign out every morning. On 3 occasions and we were only staying 6 nights the room wasn’t made up at all when we got back at around 6pm. We then had to request it to be done as we wanted showers and had no clean towels etc. also some days we were given drinking water and other days not 🤷‍♀️

Really awesome stay, very convenient! Would recommend to others.

The location of the hotel is pretty good and it is easy to access a boat taxi to the city. The room was comfortable, clean and the facilities very nice. The staff and the spa was nice as well.

The air conditioning is set on automatic and it is not possible to change - it was warm in the room even with the air conditioning on.

Reception staff could have been friendlier & more helpful. The security man was by far the most helpful member of staff & helped us out on several occasions when reception staff could not

Overall was OK , definitely not a 4 stars hotel…more like a solid 2.8 - 3 stars

Breakfast was decent and Spa facilities were well maintained. All staff very helpful…thank you !

No coffee machine in the room !!!!! No toilet brush !!!! Air conditioning unit hardly worked !

Beautiful hotel with lovely views across to the Old Town

Very clean and well decorated hotel with lovely views across to the Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Opulent Suites

Superior Suite a wonderful room overlooking harbor. Stylish furnishings and plenty of room. Water taxi easy short walk.

Breakfast could have more variety to choose from.

Lovely weeks stay, will return if staying in Ibiza again

Lovely hotel, breakfast was excellent, all staff were excellent, lovely facilities including the spa

The towels in the room could be bigger, the hairdryer was of poor quality and the pillows weren't great

Fantastic weekend

Modern, stylish hotel. Great location and views, with a nice feel about the place. Pool area is nice, with reasonable prices and lovely food. The breakfasts are lovely, and all the staff are great, especially the one round the pool who wears the white cap (sorry I forget his name). Would 100% recommend, and would love to stay again.

stunning views and excellent service perfect for a relaxing stay in Ibiza town

Perfect location with beautiful views. each room balcony has views over the marina. The bar and it’s staff are excellent and make the best mojito on the island!
