L’emplacement, literie, petit déjeuner et le personnel.

L’établissement a un grand besoin de raffraichissement ( robinetterie, joints salle de bain, meuble, baie vitrée. Un énorme point noir, bien que l’on soit à Ibiza, à partir de 11h j’usqu’a 18h du matin, musique techno à fond au bord de la piscine, ça résonne, impossible de rester pour se prélasser. Nous devons y retourner fin juin, certainement pas dans cet hôtel à cause de ça.

Very poor

The A/C didn't work on the last day . The taxi service was awful. Had to flight to get a taxi as we all had to line up in the heat wait for taxi .

Exceptional

Amazing location, great staff, nice and clean swimming pool area, room nice and equipped with everything we need for 4 days, we wouldn't stay longer as not enough amenities

Great apartment in a perfect location.

We had such a lovely stay here from start to finish. The staff are fantastic, really helpful and professional. Our room was big with comfortable twin beds. Lots of storage space. The kitchenette was small but perfectly functional and there was a table and chairs in the room for dining. It was lovely to have a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was cleaned most days and clean towels available.

Nothing really. Would definitely stay again.

wonderful cheap stay in Ibiza

the location is AMAZING. just a short walk into town and also to the beach!!

housekeeping was so/so. we would run out of toilet paper or request new sheets and it was a little tough. but everything always got resolved! also the property is VERY noisy. lots of music 24/7 and yelling all the time.

Horrendous, ripped off and unsafe

When I left the hotel

I didn’t like anything about my stay, it was cheap and nasty, the place is so dated and over priced for what I paid, this should be a 1 star, we had two major privacy and security issues and they done nothing to resolve this issue, I’m so disappointed with this whole experience, I was so excited to leave and go home!

OK place for a few nights

Location was good. Walking distance to the nearest beach, supermarket, shops, bars and Ibiza center. Check in was easy and quick even though we arrived midnight. It was good that rooms had cooking opportunity.

When we arrived the room which we received did not have any balcony or window to the outside. It was just like a prison cell. The receptionist said we could change it the next day only between 8-11 am but we could have never woken up so early (yes, it is Ibiza) so it never happened. There could be water boiler and at least some detergent and foam to wash dishes as it was not done by cleaning personnel.

Very good

Well serviced basic apartments with reasonably comfy beds, adequate kitchen facilities and a good outdoor pool. 10min walk from Ibiza old town using a (rough and stony in parts) path beside the hotel.

Free parking was impossible, even in late September. The cheapest car park is beside the hotel, but it's 1Eur/hour. There is a good free car park which is a good 15min walk from the hotel, beside the ring road (Estacionament de franc Es Pou Sant 2) The wall tiles were coming off in our bathroom and one of the lights didn't work.

never again,had a horrible time and felt helpless as everyone laughs in your face whenever you ask for help! especially

I didn’t like anything in particular but the location near the centre

if you are looking for a relaxing getaway stay away from this place! there’s loud techno music from 11am until 8pm by the pool (all apartments face the pool so it’s unavoidable) staff at the reception are very nice and helpful but everyone over 40 working there is absolutely lazy and also not respecting privacy,cleanliness or taking their job seriously. the price isn’t cheap to stay in an outdoor disco 24/7 as it’s crowded with party goers…I think the music situation should be mentioned by the property before booking there .

Big room, clean room, balcony

Very very very expensive. Too much regarding the place. Too much music around the swimming, too much noise in general. We heard everything around our room, the neighboors etc.
