The building in itself is nice and the swimming pool bar was cool but it closed at 18:00, the location of the hotel is good.
The staff was very tired and they made us feel very unwelcome.
All the food they served there is very bad quality, do not go to the restaurant of the hotel it’s a scam.

Good location in Playa Planca, close to the beach, several pools, including those for the kids, mini Disco for the kids was great!
The hotel use for advertising several photos with the pool that you can use only if you stay in so called “preferred” types of rooms. So you might (we did) end up with staying like in some other hotel, other than one you booked and payed for.
Family room is uncomfortable, little place to store the clothes for 4, bathrooms have no lock and you feel the bed springs the whole night. Under the bed was plenty of dust that no one cared to clean.
There are endless queues to enter the restaurants, very annoying, we started to eat outside half of the time, despite the all inclusive.
You can get pool towels only by the main pool. What was the problem to place them by the other group of pools too?

Beautiful hotel, great selection of pools, lovely landscaped grounds, sea view, superb food.
Predatory and aggressive sales pitch by Hyatt Hotels Leisure Club. We were told we would have a 90min presentation, but were subjected to two and a half hours high pressure selling despite it being apparent early on their offer was not for us.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful - the location was perfect - Cleanliness was spot on and the bedrooms were A1 👍 very comfortable and spacious and very modern 🩷 the drinks package all inclusive was well worth it - totally recommend 👍🙋♀️
The Sun beds were very dated for a 5 Star as was the outdoor furniture - can I suggest given the age profile as guests in your hotel that you get some reclining chairs as the sun beds can be very low down and difficult for many guests - while the food was good it could do with some more variety especially in Sabor and Himitsu restaurants 👏👏👏 The Spa was a total disappointment- I thought it very dated and the water temp was quite cold as was the very small jacuzzi - not sure it was worth it … but was handy to have a shower on my last day -

The rooms are well equipped & nicely decorated. The staff are very pleasant & helpful.
The food is generally disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The sunbeds are fairly pedestrian, again lacking the 5 star luxury.

Staff are excellent, Location, facilities, cleanliness.
Being really picky but breakfast could have had some standard cereals for children like weetabix and cornflakes. Make toasted sandwiches available at lunchtime for the kids. They had them during breakfast. The pool area can be quite noisy at times. Maybe some quieter relaxing music would be nice. Bathroom was a bit small. Like I said i’m being really tough here. It’s hard to fault the hotel. Well done.

Very good location in Playa Blanca, next to the promenade and the beach, great for daily walks and perfect to access different restaurants and local attractions.
The hotel is perfect for families who are looking for kid friendly recreation areas. although I would provide more resources to the animation team (who are doing a great job by the way!!)
Breakfast is okay , but it would be much better with fresh juice and fresh espresso coffee (I would expect that from a 5 star hotel).
Lunch/dinner buffets are correct and theme based restaurants as well.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Dreams Lanzarote. Loved every minute! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. We did B&B, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Plenty of different options for all tastes and health requirements. The spa is lovely - the whole team was very welcoming and talented. The spa facilities are great, with a jacuzzi, pool, various showers, sauna, and steam room. Location-wise, there is plenty to see and do in the area, with a 10-minute walk to Marina Rubicon and a 5-minute walk to Playa Blanca.
The evening meal options weren't great - we ate in the hotel 3 nights, but wouldn't recommend.
Parking was difficult - there is a parking lot in front of the hotel but it's usually full.

The staff are brilliant, especially Danielsan who hosts one of the restaurants.
The food in all venues was below par. The only decent food option was lunch in the grill. Many of the dinner options were very similar menus and most of the food was prepared.

Excellent resort - great variety of food for breakfast, multiple swimming options for pools, fun daily activities (eg. Latin dancing, archery, water polo, sangria making/tasting). The evening entertainment was very good too - from flamenco to jazz. Complimentary daily drinks in the mini-bar. Extra options for the Preferred Club (eg. Lounge, pool options, breakfast….). Located in between the town and the marina.
Very little - would have been good for the pools to stay open later in summer…

The hotel was amazing preferred club is a must all premium drinks included. The staff were very friendly and always there to help especially Felix on the sea legs pool, Alexander & George in the main bar , please accept my apologies for forgetting the girls name who has braces in the blue water grill, she was so friendly ! And there are a lot more that I just can’t remember all their names apart from the ones that stood out. The food was amazing always fresh and a good selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel it’s great for all ages.
