The staff were very welcoming and were extremely attentive, each time we interacted with one they made our daughter feel like the star attraction which was lovely.
The cleanliness was fantastic, I don't think I saw a wrapper anywhere.
The thing that sticks out the most which was incredible is the pool toy recycling box, when it gets to the end of the holiday you put your toys in for the next child to play with instead of buying new ones each time and dumping them somewhere or binning them.
Beer was fantastic too
The kids club activities were lacking in "fun" to what we were expecting and read online on travel blogs, for example there was a paw patrol activity, when we arrived it was colouring in card. Another example was the activity was creative painting, when we asked to take part we were given paper and crayons. Also another advice which we hear from people who have attended other hotels is that the kids entertainment in the evening changes each night while it was a mini disco every night.
The games room could do with updating as it is a huge room but with everything spaced out.

Great location and fabulous suites.
There were a lot of children. We had not expected that in November. There are 2 large pools so don’t understand why one can’t be designated “adults only” and the other one for families.

the people and the standards. The service is second to none
not overly keen on the pool set up with regards to sun beds and availability.

Breakfast was good and lots of options for food and more than 1 restaurant to choose from which was great.
The Pool was slightly annoying as you had to get up early to secure a bed which was not what I was expecting from a 5 Star Hotel.

Location is good just in front of the Playa Blanca, and the territory has a wide variety of restaurants and swimming pools. There are lots of activities being provided in the hotel and on the coastside too, so you will never get bored.
Room service is quick and has a good quality, we didn't have any trouble with that.
Very big and pleasant hotel environment, wonderful balcon view, shops inside of the hotels. It has beautiful decorations, garden inside and, as we found out later on, is a dogsfriendly. It does mean that we will return in future for sure, this time for longer stay and with our pets to have this experience together.
We celebrated birthday on our arrival and the hotel service made us lots of compliments. We received cava as a present, sweet pastry, flowers and free breakfast in the restaurant called La Isla de Lobos which has 2 Michelin Stars.
We didn't find a toothbrush and a toothpaste, which is vital for travelling. Luckyly, we took our personal travel sets, but normally hotels provide it.
Regarding drinking water in the hotel, we were 2 adults in July when it's 30 Celcius outside. We find it unacceptable that for 3 days the hotel provided us only 4 small water bottles, which were in total 2 litres of water for 2 people for 3 days. We had to order water additionaly by room service every day and every bottle costs us almost 4e. We understand, that if the order is excessive it's supposed to be charged, but 2 liters is not even enough.
Also, regarding our staying, when we went to swimming pool to collect towels we had been informed that towels are over and we should wait. Waiting time wasn't specified, but we've been told that we can walk to another block and collect towels. We were not provided towels there neither and had to go to reception, where we finally received them. In total we had lost 40 mins walking around.

There were exceptional family facilities at this hotel - a kids club, a supervised soft play, and a choice of swimming pools. The beach was immediately outside the hotel. The food in the restaurants was good, and the staff were universally friendly.
We stayed in a "Kiko Suite" which had been billed as - and indeed, as a room, was - very family friendly. However, it is clear that two separate hotels have been joined together; with the Kiko Suites being in the "other" / less good hotel. The most popular kids activities (notably the soft play and mini disco) were in the main part of the hotel.

Staff were fabulous. Easily changed our rooms and gave us options! Great breakfast!
Enormous hotel! Would be good if pools heated.
The family rooms are very remote and a long distance from the beach/reception/breakfast/promenade- stick to the main building!

The activities on offer for the children were really fun and the staff were great at getting the kids involved!
The hotel had a wonderful family feel to it and we have to say all the staff were amazing - service was spot on!
we were only at the hotel for 4 nights, so as such we couldn’t get as many reservations for dinner as we would have liked.. we would have happily gone back to Isla de Lobo if we could have- it was fantastic.
instead of 1euro coins for the games room a token system may work better as we weren’t always able to get change.

Fabulous hotel and stay. Breakfast was beautiful. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evenings but pool side lunch was lovely.
Very chilled and relaxed stay and staff were lovely. Will be back.

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of quality food. Particularly liked the Italian restaurant Don Giovanni.
Large hotel with long walks to get to dining rooms and pools.

Everything was brilliant. We have now stayed at the best. This will be used by us to compare other hotels in the future. The staff we very good and helpful. We are looking forward to coming here again.
4.5
Good location and well maintained. Good reception and concierge team.
It would be nice to be able to leave tips on bills that are not cash, given the world is nearly cashless now. Breakfast is very good but the central open air areas is always in demand and has a queue, all areas are a resonable buffet and hotplate offer. personally I think having a barista coffee offer rather than jugs of filter would lift the offer.
4.5
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Welcoming everyone with a smile and warm greetings. Breakfasts are great, with a lot of choice of food and drink. There is always someone to look after you and make sure that you are well cared for.
The only issue we found was the bathrooms that need updating as they are quite dated.

Sea water pool and access to the beach
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
Booking of hotel restaurants. Booked as requested, no record of us when we arrived? But we were given a table.
