Perfect quiet sanctuary in hot summer

Location convenient but quiet. Nice decor and facilities. Great breakfast. Had enough room for an extra bed for child.

The location gets the booking, Mario makes the stay!

Mario, near the front desk, was incredible. Extremely attentive, honest, and kind. Was a pleasure seeing him every morning!

Breakfast was a bit lacking with regard to the hot bar options. Most were cold, outside of the bacon and scrambled eggs.

Location is good. The hotel rooms are all renewed, good ambiance, comfortable and friendly stuff.

We traveled as a family with a one year old baby. The hotel stuff was really friendly and welcoming. They upgraded our room to comfort us. The room was ready with a baby bed, baby bathtub, baby towel set and shampoos. We really enjoyed our stay at Regina Hotel. The location is great too. I would definitely suggest Regina to the readers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel regina, in the vibrant city center. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional service. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, offering a memorable experience filled with top-notch amenities, remarkable hospitality, and a prime location was a huge plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions, restaurants The convenience of being within walking distance to grand via , major landmarks and public transportation made my stay even more enjoyable.

Madrid: vivibilissima, bellissima e a orezzi confortevoli

La location, il personale della reception e delle stanze. La prima colazione ricchissima. L’arredo funzionale e moderno. La pulizia.

Ci vorrebbe un po’ più di attenzione ai piccoli dettagli: in camera il menù dei servizi è in spagnolo: nessuna altra lingua. I canali tv non corrispondono all’elenco del menù La mia camera 144 più che dare sul patio/ courtyard, dava su un cavedio occupato in buona parte da un’enorme tubazione. Un po’ “ prigione ansiogena”. Ma Madrid è così bella cge io in camera tornavo tardi e la lasciavo presto. La prossima volta, mi hanno promesso che mi daranno una camera migliore.

とても便利な場所にあり、設備が非常に整っています。部屋はパティオ側だったので暗めで狭かったですが、広場側ではなかったためか静かでした。

Brilliant

Well, I spent quite a long time to choose a hotel in Madrid. I wasnt sure if Regina worth the money but at the end I can easily say it is a money well spent. They gave us huge nice room. Everything was very clean, and they were keeping it clean everyday. Location was perfect and the breakfast is cherry on top. I don’t usually do breakfast at hotel but this one was great. They had nespresso capsules in the room and in breakfast, good start for the day.

Room didnt have a proper window but we just used the room to sleep. So no big deal. Room was big, clean and very comfy.

Regina Hotel in Madrid Spain is my home since 2013 when I go for a vacation.

Breakfast were exceptional, lots of selection for breakfast, fruits were plentiful! Staff were polite, courteous, and helpful.

The room for my other family member were a little dark as they would want to have more lights coming from outside.

Uitstekend hotel voor een luxe citytrip Madrid.

Alles. Zeer centrale ligging aan een van de mooiste boulevards van Madrid. Zeer vriendelijke en professionele benadering van personeel receptie, ontbijtruimte, onderhoud,…. De inrichting van de kamers (superior, 5de verdieping achterbouw) en van het gehele hotel straalde klasse uit, zeer mooie aankleding. Fantastisch: de bedden (dagelijkse wissel beddengoed), de douche, de sfeerverlichting. Buitengewoon verzorgd ontbijt.

Alles was perfect zoals een hotel in die klasse moet zijn. (Een diner in het mooie restaurant, dat NIET wordt uitgebaat door het hotel, voldeed echt niet aan onze verwachtingen. Geen probleem gezien meerdere eetgelegenheden in de buurt).

Beautiful Hotel in the Madrid City Center

Excellent and professional staff. Tried their best to accommodate my group's needs, e.g. they found us tickets to the Real Madrid home game on the same day. Great breakfast.

Stayed in a room facing the back street and there was a loud noise from outside all night. However, others in my group said they didn't hear any, so I guess it's different from room to room.

Nice hotel in great location.

Booked a junior suite and it was very spacious and was overlooking the the front of the hotel and the very nice Calle de Alcala. Lots of closet and storage space. As a foreigner, I appreciate the universal outlets. Just makes things simpler. Hotel is in a great location near Puerta Del Sol, Prado Museum and Retiro. Many good restaurants nearby. Breakfast had lots of choices and staff did a great job of keeping up with the buffet and clearing tables.

Bed was too soft for our liking. There is renovation going on in the hotel (as of late Sept. 2023) and it could be a bit noisy if you needed to work or nap in the hotel.

Wonderful, small boutique hotel with awesome breakfast buffet that was very close to all the major things to do in Madri

Very contemporary hotel a few steps from Puerta del Sol and all major museums and restaurants.

The shower temp did not get very hot, but this was really minor.

Strategic location in the center of city, great breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff.

Location is top notch, a block from del Sol, the official center of town, and almost exactly at the midpoint between the Royal Palace and Prada Museum. Buffet breakfast they offered was one of the best ever offered that we have experienced, and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate whatever questions or concerns we had.

Honestly the only issue I had was the location of the air conditioning vent in the room, it was tucked away in a recessed part of the ceiling which caused a draft and affected somewhat my ability to sleep as I felt the draft all night on my head, the only part of me exposed from under the sheets.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean.

Thought that a double room patio would have a patio or patio doors. This is not the case. We were looking directly at another room and at really close proximity "patio" view was of another window and a wall . The staff were helpful and explained that it was I think they called it an interior patio and did offer me a another room for an extra 140 euro per night that I didn't take. I would definitely stay in this area again but not at this hotel. Room is narrow and noisy.

Excellent location and friendly, welcoming staff. Room was very quiet and neatly presented - loved the pillow spray for a good nights sleep. Open stairwell near the elevator was well positioned so easy to use on the odd occasion the lifts were busy.

Hot dishes on offer for breakfast were lukewarm, so were therefore not as pleasant as they could be.
