SUPERB

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, THE ROOM WAS VERY LARGE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, THE STAFF SUPER NICE AND ACCOMODATING. WE DID A LAST MINUTE CHANGE AND THEY HELPED US CHANGE OUR RESERVATION. VERY VERY NICE .

总体入住的体验还不错，地理位置也方便，地铁站有好几个。

早餐有自助和点单2种。由于语言问题，家人无法英文点单只能吃自助。相对其他同等级酒店来说，早餐可选择的范围不算多，但是各个种类都有。建议提供中文的点单菜单。

由于时间看错，多预定了一晚酒店，checkout时提出是否可以保留着一晚到个人账户以后使用被拒绝。联系booking.com去沟通也被拒绝。我觉得很不友好，估计是非金卡以上会员才被拒绝了吧。

Tesisin konumu harika, çok temiz konforlu ve büyük odalara sahip. Kahvaltısı bizim Avrupa’da yediğimiz en çeşitli ve lezzetli kahvaltı. Personel son derece kibar ve yardımsever.

En el Centro del Centro

En el propio centro de Gran Vía y por tanto, en el centro de "todo". La terraza es un Must a visitar, y en general, todo en el hotel es fantástico.

Quizás el precio por noche es un poquito subido pero teniendo en cuenta que es lujo a pie del centro de Madrid, se puede pensar que es un pequeño auto-regalo,

Konumu konforu harika bir otel yine gelince burada konaklayacağız, 3 yaşındaki kızım ile rahat bir tatil geçirdik

Yatağımız küçük olduğu için çocukla rahat edemeyiz dedik ve hemen değiştirdiler. Temiz ve genişti oda. Otel genel olarak çok temizdi merkez konumdaydı.

Minibar ücretli dendi ama biz çıkarken kontrol edilmedi, keşke kullansaydık dedik.

A charming place to stay in Madrid

i was happy with my choice to stay here being in Madrid for the 1st time on a short visit. Location is very convenient. easy access to the sightseeing buses (The big Bus Tour), metro, public buses, and for those who likes walking - all major attractions are in 15 mins walking distance. very helpful personnel. i was pleased how quickly they helped to make necessary ticket booking to the Prado museum to avoid the queueing for the next day. Fantastic breakfast, and a very heart-warming attitude to the guests deserves a special THANK YOU my room faced the shopping street, however it didnt disturb during the night. Teh room offers a Nespresso coffee machine and tea selection An absolutely wonderful hotel in the heart of the city.!

Perfect location, exceptional facilities and lovely room. The staff generally very polite, friendly and tried to help. The resturant and the rooftop bar offers a very good view. I also very like the breakfast.

The negative was the noise and the sleep quality. I have informed the hotel in advanced that I am a light sleeper and I also explained again when I checked in. However, I was actually allocated to a room that was just next the lift and the stairs. I was woke up a few times during the night because of the noise. The window doesn't completely reduce the noise from the main street either (I can hear the bus/ambluance passing through). Apart from the sleep quality, I would rate the hotel 9.5

Booked it for the location but after getting there, didn't realize how busy it is which is a bit much for us. Rooftop bar was excellent.

Great location. Disappointing room. Fairly standard accommodation.

Super location. Lovely staff and reception. Good gym.

The service on the terrace was poor. Very slow and got drinks wrong. We only ordered beer! Waited almost 15 minutes for two beers and they were not busy. Could not get the bill either. Could be improved with a little management. The shower was poor and generally not luxurious enough for a high priced hotel. There is a luggage drop off point outside but they kept this a secret from us even though I’d asked about parking. We walked from the car park with lots of luggage.

A beautiful place to stay!

The location is superb and the facilities are really well-kept, including the rooftop which is super nice. The location is a 10 and allows you to discover this beautiful city in its entirety. The staff is friendly and the rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Communication about breakfast was a little tricky. We were told breakfast was included both at check-in and once we checked in at the breakfast room. While eating breakfast a staff member approached clarifying it was not included and resulting in a charge we did not expect.
