Very nice hotel.
Limited parking although there was parking across the street.

Convenient to motorway. Good for overnight stop or even a couple of nights if you want to visit the area.
Good food in restaurant and pleasant staff always ready to help.

Hotel was comfortable, great value for money and just a short drive from pamplona. there was a cafe/bar for food and drinks and it was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Spotless.
Wifi signal was only available in the bathroom. Other than that, no complaints.

Ideal as an overnight stay. Clean, warm and comfortable bed. Staff delightful and help full.
It snow ed and I had to stay another night because the roads south were very snowy. Staff bent over backwards to help. Café good and serves excellent coffee. This is my second visit and I will use again.
I would have liked water in my room but I was aware that there was n't any and bought my own

close to the motorway, easy to find , it was warm, comfortable and hot water , the staff were very polite, it’s ok for an over night stay
the bedroom was small , the shower was not brilliant, not being able to leave our dog in the bedroom at all , so had to eat in this very small space in the bedroom

Not a great selection of products
Would have liked a hot breakfast

Room as expected.
difficult to find due to road works, some staff not so good, told restaurant was unavailable so had to eat in the bar, the food was not of a good standard and a beer that we did not have appeared on our bill, on leaving the bar we noted that the restaurant was in fact open but only to a coach party of Spanish pensioners even though there was ample tables available this was obviously more than annoying, we returned to our room and left early foregoing breakfast,we would NOT use this hotel again.

Walking distance to a few local bars, comfortable room.
NOT dog friendly you can only eat and have a drink in a dirty gazebo outside with those that smoke. Luckily we walked into the town and found a few places more suitable.

Our stay was spoiled by having to take our coffee outside in the dirty terrace because we had our dog with us.
See above.
Our room was quite noisy and the dog next door kept disturbing our dog.

Comfortable rooms and a tasty breakfast.
Having driven through some stunning scenery on the way we were disappointed that the location is so industrial, with a lot of building work going on.

Irurtzun is a very small town, so I think this is the only hotel. The main advantage is proximity to Pamplona and some very beautiful mountain ranges. No supplementary charge for the dog 😀. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but it seemed a reasonable price at 6€ per person. The reception areas and lift etc were quite smart, - the bathroom was a good size with a bath!! Private parking right by the hotel, though most of the guests were on a coach, so it might be a bit more of an issue if everyone turned up by car. You can walk into the centre of town in about 2 minutes, and it is about 15-20 mins from centre of Pamplona by car. Air con was efficient, and it is quietly situated with good dark insulating curtain over the windows.
The hotel was quite expensive - 240€ for 2 nights, the room decor was a bit tired, in the bathroom, the basin was on a wooden base which was showing its age, and the door didn't open properly. The bed was a bit bouncy for 2 people. The hotel is situated on the edge of an industrial estate which is not very prepossessing and the surroundings are a bit dreary.
The hotel has a restaurant (useful as there is only one other restaurant in town, which closes early on holidays like 15 August). However, the food wasn't very appealing, though it seemed to be popular with the locals. There was a nice-looking set menu for 28€, but it stipulated a minimum 2 people, and we couldn't really face the amount of food involved. The staff on the other hand, under immense pressure, were unfailingly helpful and good natured.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean, and hospitable. Staff were cheerful, helpful and at times patient with our stumbling Spanish language attempts, although most spoke English, and appeared eager to practice it with us. We kept thinking someone was going to come and tell us we had come to the wrong hotel there was such a gulf between what the charged us and the quality of stay they delivered.
Only negative was the Restaurant was not open (like many Spanish restaurants they don't open on Sunday evenings. However, a great cafe with great meal service was available. This has a great covered outdoor terrace, but as it was raining it was only used by some brave smokers. One other slight problem was getting to the Hotel; just has you reach the corner of the building the road is shut due to the building of a new roundabout. Of course, this is outside of the hotels control.

Friendly and helpful reception and food on site was lovely!
Currently surrounded by a bit of a building site, but it didn’t effect our stay.
