Maria Olivia in the breakfast and lunch room was fabulous, highly professional and equally friendly. thank you
location and staff

The gardens and Beach Club! Very comfortable and clean room!
The food and the lack of shows and entertainment! In the previous stay there were shows, dancing with horses, very interesting, but this time there was none of this!
4.0
Gardens and location right at the beach. Staff was friendly. Attention to detail.
For a luxurious resort things were not up to the level expected. Swimming pools opened very late one day and the restaurant offer is limited.

Food
Need to be upgraded for 5 stars hotel- bathrooms with dirty silicone, painting outside need to be refreshed

close to the beach and lots of room, so pools were never crowded. buffet dinner and breakfast really good.
it is HUGE. the front desk could I,prove the check in process by showing guests to their rooms and showing them how to work the switches in the rooms. that was super confusing for our elderly parents with us. they had no idea how to put on the bathroom light during the night and close the curtains.
4.5
We took a room with a balcony, the room was large, spacious and clean. There were excellent breakfasts and dinners, every day a new cuisine, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of choice. If you plan to go somewhere for dinner, you can change dinner for lunch and go on an excursion in the afternoon.
In some restaurants, a tip of 10 euros is immediately added to the bill, without warning. Usually it's a tip for bread that is served even though you haven't eaten it.

hotel was awesome as always!!! it’s a yearly visit for us as it never disappoints. the food was out of this world in both the Atunate restaurant and Chez Lumière Brasserie. The staff were all amazing and Especially Loradeńa who has just been amazingly friendly and accommodating for the last 2 years we’ve visited. 10/10 and most definitely a 5* Hotel

The entire experience was terrific. The room was up to my expectations, and the resort's facilities showed great attention to detail. The activities featured by the resort cater to all tastes and are designed for adults and children alike.
The staff was accommodating, cheerful, and professional. Everyone was lovely, always smiling and helping along the way.
I plan on visiting again soon.

The territory is great, beautiful garden, pools. Location is great too. But the hotel itself is not a 5 star.
The beds are not comfortable, linens are old and washed out, not crispy as in 5 star hotels, pillows are old and worn out, the same as mattresses. Breakfast is poor. In 4 star hipotel Barosa park the breakfast is much nicer. And the dinner buffet was not nice as well. Fish option were over cooked fish tails with mostly skin and dried meat of 50 gr, children had to eat dry turkey with some old salad leaves and overcooked pasta and we paid 100€ for me and two kids

The Michelin restaurant very dissatisfied
They brought the food really late and only mains no veg or potatoes which were supposed to come together and never came

the state of the pool. A 5 star charging 5star prices should not have lots of missing tiles and the grouting should not be black.
maintenance is very pool.
one of the gates leading to the beach should be replaced .
It has seen better days

The room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Bringing us little gifts and assisting us in anyway we needed. We used the spa facilities and these were also amazing. Very relaxing with multiple steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi options. The food was also exceptional with there being a buffet style breakfast with multiple different options; sweet or savoury. There are great restaurants onsite too. The location is so close to the beach with yet another great restaurant and bar service. The whole trip was just amazing.
Nothing it was lovely, I can't fault it.

A little getaway in this hotel was just what we needed. The different pools and the gardens were beautiful. The option to have food and drinks in different bars was great. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean.
The hot food for breakfast could have been better.
