This hotel is great for those who don't want to stay in Naxos Chora.
The closest beach (Agios Prokopios) is a 12min walk.
The rooms were clean, we didn't even use the AC we just opened the windows at night and the breeze was perfect.
The bed was VERY comfortable
The pools were also clean. I would definitely recommend this place
I wish there were more juice varieties, fruits and vegetables at breakfast.
Also, if breakfast could be longer, buts that's not really a big deal.

The room was basic but fine & cleaned everyday & fresh towels, which was great. We had a fabulous view from our balcony over the pool area &
Naxos town in the distance.
The pool area was great & the bar staff very friendly. The staff at reception were helpful.
The location was also great, being equidistant from the town & the beaches. Having the bus stop right outside the hotel was brilliant, as both
were quite a walk away.
We thought it was great value for money & hope to return next year.
Some days we struggled to get a sun bed. A few of them had broken whilst we were there (not by us), and not replaced.
The smaller children’s pool looked like it needed a good clean but the main pool seemed ok.

The location was good. Staff were nice. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was nice.
The beds were really uncomfortable, the mattress had springs poking out of it. The rooms need major updating. Wifi was terrible , it did not work in our room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location, close to Agios Prokopios beach approximate 10-15min walk to that area. The facilities at Naxos Palace hotel were great, good pool and lots of options for breakfast. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, so you should use this for €2 rather than getting a shuttle.
The hotel tried to charge €17 for a shuttle from the port to the hotel even though it’s only an 8minute drive. When you can get the bus for €2 and it stops at the hotel. The hot tub and sauna wasn’t in use. The wifi wasn’t so great. Even after asking reception for a router it didn’t really make it much better, still kept cutting out and although the rooms were cleaned daily and beds were made, there were ants in our room and bed.

Breakfast great. Location great. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Nice views. Good staff. Would recommend.

Breakfast was ok. Location was not convenient/walking distance to beach or downtown areas without transportation. Breakfast was adequate. Pool was nice. Overall room was nice.
The bathroom was horrific - shower had mold. Shower door was inoperable - did not contain water to shower area. Lots of cobwebs.

The staff were friendly and service-oriented. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options appealing to both Americans and Europeans. Our stay included the dinner buffet as well, which had fewer choices but were tasty and filling. We appreciated having a clothesline and clothespins to hang our swimsuits to dry on the balcony. Since we had been traveling for several weeks leading up to our stay, we took advantage of the flat-fee laundry service provided. It was quick and easy to drop our bag at the front desk and have clean, folded laundry returned in less than 24 hours.
The room we booked was advertised as "superior sea view" and while it was clean and comfortable, the site's location was not conducive to truly seeing the sea from our room. Our view was more like Arches National Park in Utah, although it is possible to see the sea from tables near the bar area (which we enjoyed during breakfast and dinner). The hotel is situated on the bus route to/from Naxos Town and the beaches, but the bus schedule is hit-or-miss. While that is not under the property's control, we felt a little frustrated at the end of our first day and ultimately decided to rent a car for the remainder of our stay. Once we did so, we realized that the hotel's location made a good starting point for the various day trips we had planned.

The location of the hotel was central to the top beaches. The pool was fantastic along with the pool bar. The cleaning lady "Lily" was amazing along with "George" the maintenance guy.

Nothing. Waste of money
The place that was offered to stay was opposite from what presented. For example, the pictures presented on booking was no near or the same layout or the furnitures in the rooms. The food was horrific and stale. Tbe rooms were completely filthy and dirty. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. The staff pretend to clean the rooms and they do not clean anything but the change the shhets and this is questionable if they clean it. The mattress is no normal mattress you can feel the springs on your back. Having two toddlers with bunk beds broken stairs and unfit for toddlers. They have power outage and blame it on tne entire island. Also, want to use it internet, good luck, they will offer an extension as a teaser and this will they will blame it on the entire island. The pool, and you want jump in one, be careful and beware the its no normal , its filthy pool. You head will be itchy for the next year. When we brought our complaints to them, they did not care and they were completely rude and obnoxious.

Really beautiful hotel, amazing pool area and gardens with a lovely fresh cooked breakfast. It is 10 mins from the main town and loads of lovely beaches nearby. Would advise hiring a car, moped or quad bike to easy get around the island
The Wi-Fi wasn’t good in the room and no 3G signal

The pool bar was great, with the Sun loungers. A bus service from outside the hotel can take you straight to Naxos town which is handy. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was pretty poor.
