De motivant la chambre

Aime sais une grand chose le buffet du matin cette bien mais le reste j ai trouve pas bien pour un hotel de 3 etoile

Jai demande un chambre avec climatision la chambre avais 30° la clime ne marche pas. Les dusche pas propre les toilett jen parle pas. Le parterre horrible moitier casse moisissure dans les coins des mure deux tele dans la chambre. Ni 1 nie l'autre marche cette la chambre 377 . Desole mais jai paye pour une nuit 318€ alor je veux au mois le minium que se sois propre et que les choix son respect Jai pas pense a prendre des foto ca ma degoute de voire tout ca

Bon hôtel pour dormir

La chambre familiale est grande, salle d'eau très confortable avec 2 vasques, et une très grande terrasse.

Les horaires du petit déjeuner et du dîner sont trop courts. Petit déjeuner jusqu'à 9h30 et dîner jusqu'à 21h15. Où est la dite heure espagnole ? Le buffet n'est pas terrible. La qualité de la nourriture laisse à désirer. Pas de vinaigrette pour la salade, le jambon et le fromage n'ont pas leur goût respectif. Enfin la nourriture est à revoir.

Ambiente muy acogedor y trato excepcional

El personal fue sin duda lo más destacable de la estancia, desde el chico que nos hizo el chek in, la chica de la entrada del buffet y los camareros, el personal del bar y los animadores y en especial a la camarera de piso que nos arreglaba la habitación, el trato fue un 10, todos muy amables es la primera vez que no tengo nada malo que decir del personal de un hotel. El bufet está bastante bien hay una amplia variedad de comida y la calidad es bastante buena. La animación de carnaval fue muy divertida, hacían bastantes actividades.

Lo único que no me acabo de gustar es que se ve que el hotel tiene ya bastantes años y quizá le haría falta alguna reforma en las habitaciones, por las noches se escucha si alguien ronca en la habitación de al lado y las camas no son muy cómodas, quitando eso el resto de la instalación se ve bien (recepción, comedor, bar, etc)

We knew the location well before we booked so that was good. Beer was horrid and food wasnt great.

Location was a little walk to the main strip but ideal.

Staff checking in were totally ignorant and rude which made things hard work after all day travelling. Found a pair of childrens underwear on the balcony so god knows what else wasnt cleaned before our arrival

Lovely hotel

We loved the top floor refurbished room, balcony was great with amazing views, 2 rooms both ensuite. The food was really nice with lots of choices.

There were a few groups of young people, who weren't as well behaved as they should be, things we thrown off there balconies which were just above the entertainment area . The price of the parking at €22 per day

Would not recommend this hotel

Some bar staff friendly and talkative

Quality of breakfast very poor. Very limited selection of foods and poor quality. Only processed meats, not proper ham. Only instant coffee. Yuck :( Room was not serviced every day. Couple of times only bed was made but no fresh towels delivered and bin not emptied. Poor service.

After a nightmare delayed journey they booked me in at 2:00 and even upgraded me to lovely room for no extra

A positive experience

The location is perfect. Very close to the centre. Within walking distance from beaches and shops. The food was good.

The room didn't have a kettle and coffee/tea. For the price paid I would have expected at least that.

Ok hotel, not special but affordable

Buffet was extensive, the room had a nice balcony. They gave me a room upgrade because I had booked a 1p room but got one for 3 because it was low season, that was nice. Location is ok, nothing special but Lloret is small so it's fine. Bus station, center and beach are all a 10 minute walk.

There is no free WiFi, only in the entrance hall. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. They gave me wrong advice about the area and when there was a problem with my room key it took a while to fix it. Food is not great quality and there is no coffee at lunch and dinner (breakfast I don't know), you'd have to go the bar area and buy it. All in all the hotel is ok, not great but the price reflects that.

Overall not to bad ,but won’t stay again and not sure if we’d recommend it.

Superior room a disappointment ,so small. Sorry that we’d payed the extra cost, not worth it. One particular female bar staff not very friendly , ran out of wine , we were all inclusive , and was told to go to the bar and pay .

Superb

Very good service from the staff, breakfast very rich, big enough rooms. Installation kind of old modern would be nice to arrange some renovation any time soon, but everything is clean and functional. Bathtub!

Internet in the rooms are not included, spot in the reception area available for free.

Very enjoyable stay

Ignore all bad reviews. This hotel was so pleasant and enjoyable. It was very clean. Location was perfect. Close to the town but not too close to be loud. Pool area was lovely. Hotel seems to cater to alot of young school groups but that was not a problem for us. The entertainment staff and evening entertainment was very good. We went all inclusive. Food was varied and very good. See below for drinks let down. Overall so enjoyable. No other English speaking guests. Was not a problem for us but incase people with kids want to know etc. Highly recommended this hotel for a budget few days away.

As I mention we went all inclusive which included drinks. We were extremely disappointed with the cocktails. The all inclusive cocktails were premade out of a machine but guests who didn't go all inclusive got freshly made cocktails. I understand cocktails are more expensive so in this case I would have rathered cocktails not be included in the package at all. Or I would have happily paid extra for a cocktail wrist band. Just a small aspect but very disappointing for cocktail lovers. All other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were perfect

Lloret de Mar is in general a place for teenagers, not much for families a part from the beach. Better staying in Tossa de Mar Most of hotels around there are very old fashioned and not very well maintained. The Staff of Hotel Samba is very nice and friendly. Food was ok, buffet was always replenished, could not expect more for the money we paid. The hotel in general has nice facilities, swimming pool, playground for the kids, some entertainment, but it is full of teenagers. If you want to be far from the noise better not to have a room facing the pool and on higher floors. Wifi doesn't work very well, we also had to pay extra for the wifi in the room. Overall ok, but no more than 3 days.
