Great location, lovely spa and fantastic breakfast and comfy bed.

Comfortable mattress and pillow, had a good night's sleep.

Bathroom extractor fan extremely loud, did not turn off, so my husband had to switch off at the main, which would of been very difficult to reach for me as its above the bathroom door.

Very clean and friendly staff

Wasn’t a dislike, but would have liked an earlier breakfast as a large group of us were walking Snowdon and planned to meet there at 8am. Breakfast started at 7am so was a bit of a rush. We did ask for a bit earlier but was told they cannot do it. But breakfast was lovely.

Good 'Full Welsh' breakfast, plus continental options and attentive, friendly staff. Spacious room, great shower. Leisure facilities available to guests.

Lovely Lodge

The room /logde was lovely, although looking a bit dated now (mainly curtains) everything was spotlessly clean, bathroom was recently refurbished so no issues here. Lovely place to stay if you are visiting North Wales

Curtains, they really need a update and it would really update the room. it would be also bery inexpensive to do. It would improve the first impression when walking in.

The rooms are always very hot, totally personal preference I know but for me they are too hot and that unfortunately affects sleep and overall comfort.

Great friendly staff with great accommodation

All the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. It’s great that the room we had you could park right outside. They made our dog feel very welcome for which they have a special area where you can take your dog and sit and eat. They even have a dog menu.

Lovely hotel in a very beautiful forested location.

Superb location very nice modern clean hotel,comfortable rooms,good breakfast and very good evening meals.Staff friendly and welcoming,we felt at home there would definitely recommend and we would love a return visit.

Lovely hotel, lovely food & fabulous staff.

The hotel is clean, well presented & the staff are lovely. We had breakfast & dinner on both days of our stay & the food was fabulous, very generous portions too. We had a Welsh Cream Tea in the bar, which was as filling as it was delicious. The room we had was generous & comfortable, with parking directly outside the door. The bar is well stocked, if a little pricey.

The prices in the bar, but they are hotel prices, so there is little that can be done about that.

We enjoyed the pool & spa. Free parking & how central it is but most of all how welcoming everyone was.

Disappointed by the noise.

Lovely eggs for breakfast. Very well equipped gym

Room was over the noisey bar with loud music Spa was covered in unprofessional signs / warnings/ rules .. not relaxing . Paid extra for delux room.. wallpaper was applied poorly (kinks) and did not warrant the premium

Not very impressive

The gym was functional if a bit small. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Nice and clean.

Room was a bit small and basic for the money paid. Train track at rear and could hear the trains early in the morning. No views just a hedge at rear. A bit dull and dingy. No chambermaid service. A plastic bag of coffee and tea sachets hung on the door handle outside constituted the room service/cleaning! Menu unhealthy, basic meals and at expensive prices toboot!

lovely place to come back to after a walk in the mountains.

the location and facilities were excellent. Good accommodation for dogs, made to feel welcome. Spa facilities were really good, clean and accessible. The food was also very good and the staff were helpful.

wonderful stay at a great hotel in a beautiful location

loved the American style chalets very American motel like which we loved ❤️ and the location is fabulous , food was amazing and staff were great :)

over sensitive fire alarms when you used the shower the alarms were set off and staff had to come to us twice and on the second occasion asked us to open windows to stop it going off until Stan had dispersed , having windows open on freezing cold night was not great .

perfect location and ideal base for local hiking. ticked all my boxes for what I needed. Cooked breakfast in the mornings was very nice!
