Room comfortable - breakfast easy
Access to rear carpark nowblocked internally, Have to walk through outside bin area or round a dangerous piece of road. Back car park only one ususally available and less chance of damage to car. May impact on my views to stay again.
3.5
It was conveniently located to our needs
The dining area was cold and uninviting with a limited menu of pub grub. It was loud and echoey in the area and didn’t fit with the relaxed atmosphere of the coffee shop.

It was Ok for the money
1. Only one set of towels provided despite the booking being a double room for TWO PEOPLE !
2. No Sky News on the room TV despite the fact that it was playing on the big screens downstairs. It's a freeview channel and should be avaiable on any modern TV!
3. Breakfast selection was poor. Very average hot brekfast but extremely poor selection other than that. No decent selection of breads and pastries, just white sliced bread ! Very poor TBH

It was in a good location and pool was nice
It was very old and some parts were very dirty, it definitely needs a refurb, rooms are small and dated and lifts are very far if you get a room at the end. The lobby is always dirty and messy, no staff at reception.

Cancelled my confirmed booking.

Staff at the Leasure Centre (Gym & SPA)
Receptionist - rude, with no customer excellence standard, racist, as serving customers just in front of me and I've seen a difference, not helpful, very disappointing.
Extremely long time to be let in into breakfast restaurant. Even the person who joined me while after I've waited already, complained about it to me. Finally lady serving drinks come over and let me in and she was very nice. Once I was eating breakfast 2 other members of staff appeared.
I couldn't take comfortably shower or later do skin care, etc., as bathroom flooded.

Location and facilities.
Nothing to dislike.

The room was spacious and the facilities in the room were great, decent size telly, large bed and a good sized bathroom. Plenty of room for storage of clothes/coats etc
We were in a larger room and so an additional table and chair would have been handy as I had to sit right in front of the telly to use the desk. One major issue for me was the plugs by the bed, these were round pin and so i couldn't plug in my sleep apnoea machine by the bed and had to trail my lead (which only just reached) across the floor.

Location.
Windows in room had condensation on windows and foisty smell in room

Access to the facilities and some staff was very welcoming. Beer was a wide variety and good selection for food.
One member of staff was rude and never explained where my room was so went hunting for it. Cleaners left my door open to my room after cleaning it came back to find it wide open for anyone to walk in.

Nice place, decent location
The room wasn’t as clean and tidy as I’d hope. There was some rubbish under the bed

Good staff
Clean room
Nice bathroom
No air con although we did have a fan
No plugs bear to the bed for charging phone
Not a lot of choices at breakfast

The communal areas of the hotel seemed clean.
The room was really dated, the bathroom desperately needed updating and wasn’t that clean. window was not double glazed.
The breakfast was awful, not worth the money at all.

friendly staff comfortable room, nice restaurant
no decaf tea or coffee in rooms

Bed very comfy
Toilet was not very clean at all, remnants of previous users visible around silver fixtures, seat itself seemed stained with age, needed a wipe down the sides which were dirty with dust, shower and sink also a bit grimy

Bed was comfortable
No plug sockets near bed, breakfast was inedible, had to literally walk in to the hotel to get anyone to speak to me after leaving a speaker in the room and despite being able to tell them exactly where it was was told it wasn't there (it was it was just stolen, has happened with this same hotel before)

good location in Headingley and spacious with the gym and other amenities on site
it’s a bit tired and my room was as close to the lift and access to the wider floor / bedrooms as it could be so it was noisy.

The hotel was very nice and more than do us for the night we spent there. The staff was very helpful with multiple self-service kiosks in the lobby to check yourself in straight away so no delays. The bar/restaurant on-site was great and not badly priced. We only had drinks here, but the general atmosphere was lovely. The Starbucks on-site was especially helpful in the morning. Excellent quality for the price.
Uber to Leeds city centre was only £7 odd also which made it easy to get into the city centre for the evening.

Location, parking.
Room was small, not clean in places, Tv was in awkward place given shape of the room.
Noise below gym etc. no prior warning of this. Price given on booking was not mentioning +Vat??
Not even a biscuit with tea and coffee. Not great. Staff no smile or welcome whatsoever.
3.5
Room was quite good, although a little dark and no mirror, except in bathroom. Comfortable bed, good night's sleep.
The room was a little tired. Some (not a lot) black mould around window frame. There were 2 mattresses under our bed - not good storage if they were to be used again! Breakfast was poor - cooked breakfast was tepid and poor quality. And expensive. We would possibly stay there again (visiting family) but breakfast at 'Caring for Life' at Crag House Farm, a farm shop with restaurant four miles away - excellent food and not expensive.
