Great stay in Leeds! Super location and brilliant hotel

Magic weekend

Rooms clean, staff friendly & central to shops & eateries. Happy hour, great cocktails. Beds comfy nice toiletries.

Car park, compact & bijou if you've got a large car very tight. But on a positive note parking is available a big plus for a city centre. Pillows unusual took some getting used to.

Great location in the centre of town. Very reasonable rate for a family room, with proper beds that fit teens, especially as kids eat breakfast free. Clean, modern

Other than that, stay was okay

That you couldn’t get coffee out of the machine in the restaurant when you wanted to the bartender wanted to charge £2.50 I drink coffee most of the day usually I’ve been in hotels where I can use the coffee machine as often as I wanted to

Wir hatten einen coolen Kurzurlaub in Leeds. Wir kommen wieder

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof wie auch zum Zentrum von Leeds war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr rechhaltig und war richtig lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Personal an der Bar dürfte ruhig motivierter sein bei der Bedienung der Gäste.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND IT WILL BE MY CHOICE NEXT TIME I WILL GO

EXCELLENT LOCATION NEXT TO THEI ST TRAIN STATION AND VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE REPLACE TOWELS WHEN ASKED WATER IN THS FRIDGE CLEANING ROOM EVERY DAY

Lovely staff & great location

Location & Staff. They were lovely checking us in. Liked the check out time of 12pm. The bar area was great. We had to wait a while to check in but the kind lady on reception was on her own helping a hen party, so she gave us 2 complementary drinks vouchers, which was a great start to our stay. The WiFi was great too. And I really like that the room had a Bluetooth speaker.

Separate toilet, to bathroom, air con wasn’t very effective, the toilet room was dated. Didn’t feel like a 4 star room. The carpet & chair looked tired and not totally clean.

Great hotel!

Great location, staff are all lovely, check in and out super easy too and parking under the hotel if you can get a space is super convenient. Decent sized rooms, super clean...

The room we got this time was less nice than the one we had before. Previously it was a big luxurious room with a lovely big bathroom which had a hilarious frosted glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom which you could turn clear with a button. I told friends to stay here the same night we did and neither of us got a room with the nice bathroom unfortunately. I'm fairly sure we booked the same 'level' of room as last time too! Minor disappointment.

We parked in a different car park to what was instructed on the website, not very clear from our perspective but not a huge issue. Train station car park only a short walk away

Very comfortable and enjoyable and an ideal city base for our visits.

Room was excellent, as we were given an executive room. We were entirely comfortable for our complete stay and found the food and bar facilities very much to our liking. The Novotel has become our hotel of choice for our visits to Leeds for the football and we will definitely be returning for our next football visit early next year.

Good and convenient place to stay in Central Leeds

Very comfortable stay and quiet although hotel was busy. Only criticsm was servicing of room on Saturday where looked rushed and towels removed but not replaced.

I’d stay again, no issues.

Breakfast was very good. Great choice, complimentary drink in the bar was appreciated, walking distance of city centre . Bedroom was comfortable. Good bed, nice bathroom.

Loved our time in Leeds , beautiful city , people very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious, very modern. Location was perfect. We chose this hotel for access to train station but ended up coming up on the coach , due to strikes. Returned on the train.Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Nice restaurant sitting area.Reception was helpful for arranging a taxi to pick us up for getting us to the emmerdale tour pick up point. Hotel had a hen party on the day we arrived, but then was quiet on the evening.

We chose to have a meal at the hotel on the last night, meal was disappointing, dry and poor .
