Great location right next to restaurants and the boat club.
There were a lot of little brown ants in the apartment, especially in the kitchen.

room view of marina, nearby restaurants. quiet family friendly
easier accessibility to room towels, more coffee tea, misunderstanding during booking , we booked two connecting rooms but had two seperate rooms allocated upon arrival. Both rooms were great with a view. good compensation for the mix up

Location was good
The staff asking for $ 200 holding fees and won’t except cash . I was ok but some people don’t have cash and $ 200 is a lot of money for people to pay now ( in the current claimant )

The property sits on the Marina & location is pretty & has a few restaurant & club choice very near by. The staff were lovely.
This property is old, tired, terrible pillows, very small rooms, noisy aircon & a little underwhelming.

High edge of bath makes it difficult to get in and out

The property was rather dated and not user friendly for older people like myself as it had a shower over a high sided bathtub and no where to put your hand trying to stab Lal use yourself stepping out of it. I myself have had really bad tendinitis lately and I didn’t feel safe at all at stepping out of a high sided bathtub. The glass shower screen didn’t have a sliding glass door on it either as the water from the shower went straight onto the floor when you stepped out. My husband’s elderly parents stayed in a ground floor unit and being in their 80’s it was very difficult for them also. You would have thought by now that all bathrooms would have had a shower base on the floor for people to step out of.
The high-sided bathtub that had a shower over the bathtub. The sides were very deep and I had trouble getting out of the shower because if this reason and the water from the shower was on the floor where you stepped out. You had to put your bath mat on the floor to soak up the water and then step out onto this- no railing to hang onto getting out. I’m 168cm tall and I had to reach down a fair way before my feet went onto the bathroom floor. Not safe at all.

The swim up facility. Excellent.
Warm pool.
Near restaurants and boat trips.
9pm quiet rule.
The sauna. People need to be allowed to put water on the coals to make steam.

nice big room with plenty of space looking over the water
Kitchen facilities were very poor struggled to be able to cook with what equipment that was available.
9.0
The room was so big, with large bedroom and bathroom. The view was lovely looking over the pier. Great location able to go for walks to small shops and places to eat.
The cooking hotplates were very small . If cooking had to make sure range hood was on as smoke detectors would go off. Bathroom had to make sure door to passage was closed after shower , no fan in there, as smoke detector could go off.

View was lovely, room was clean and well presented.
Maybe a small microwave in the room for reheating if needed. Noise from restaurant downstairs was loud at times.

The one bedroom was so spacious with a nice view of the harbour and pool area. Staff were friendly and attended to our needs. Really quite affordable and in a good location. Secure parking was good to have.
Unfortunately our swipe cards didn't work one night and we had to get night service to help us (but he was very helpful!) The amenities are a bit date (but for the price we paid this did not bother me). A bit of noise from children running around at the crack of dawn!

Room great, little noise from car park, view - had to look sideways to see marina.
Side ways view to marina
5.0
Proximity to restaurants and whale viewing boat
The cramped condition of our room and the lack of a toaster and microwave. Also being in our seventies, having to climb over the spa bath to have a shower on an uneven floor was unsafe and no mention made of this in the booking process.

Location very convenient. Bed clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and obliging
The bathroom facilities is a spa bath with a shower requiring a high step up over the side into the slippery floor of the spa. From a flat surface to an uneven surface into the spa . Anyone who is short or has hip or knee issues will find this extremely awkward and unsafe. Bathroom lighting is extremely poor and there is only one med size short mirror in the room . There is no full length mirror . The rooms are very small and no where to unpack and place clothing other than hanging cupboard. We found we had to leave clothing packed and our cases on the floor creating a tripping hazard. A kettle and two cups two spoons, and two wine glasses are all that are provided. A far cry from pre Covid period. Unfortunately Accor standard has slipped considerably since my previous membership years. These rooms were very very basic and not suitable for the older generation. I had phoned prior to arriving to clarify certain info and was lead to believe otherwise. We had an entry door lock problem which was promptly attended to. However the problem continued through the stay and we were forever concerned as to whether or not we would be able to get back into our room, particularly late at night.

The view over the harbour is exceptional especially from the balcony.
Lack of maintenance and poor cleaning.

the location was perfec for whale transport
We were in in our room 332 for 4 days , and in that time the bath towels and face washers / mats wern't replaced at all .
and the rubbish bin both in the room and bathroom wern't touched . We were out every day till late and we dont believe the room was attended to at any time during during those 4 days ... it shouldn't be up to the resident to request new linnen/ bath towels . The expectation is for a clean and comfortable stay and not " smelly " towels . . . .Not good enough

The view of the harbour was lovely and the location was spot on.
I didn’t like that you couldn’t really sit down and have a drink, a serviced bar would have been nice.
