Good value, nice location, work well for our one night stay.

Convenient and safe location as we drove a car. Nice lobby with typically smaller Norwegian rooms but all was good and comfortable. Had exercise room and sauna but didn't use either. The breakfast was very good. Christopher at the front desk was very friendly helpful.

This was an ideal stopover on the way to Heddal and Rjukan.

The location was perfect. It was a block away from the main road. It was very quiet though it was a Tuesday and nothing much was happening around it. The breakfast was excellent with bonus waffles and a toaster (which we have not seen very often).

The lift rattled and was a little unsettling but it still worked fine.

Quite cosy

Easy to reach, right in the center. Cosy lake view. Nostalgic little rooms. Breakfast okay and healthy. Open all night. Table tennis can be played in the lobby. Friendly clerks. Showers clean.

Unfortunately there was construction noise inside the whole building. So you'd be woken up before 8 in the morning. The ironing facilities were not working properly. Seats and tables outside were not the cleanest.

Nice people, clean and nice room.

I liked the location. It's a small town so very close to restaurant, small pical shops. A few bars, foodshops and nice streets.

Very basic interior. Bad television reception, few channels. Hotell definately needs an upgraded. Needs to come out of the 80/90's.

We were there for only a short time so the hotel did the job

It was in the centre of Notodden, breakfast buffet had everything you would need. We were offered breakfast even though we were leaving at 06-00 and breakfast didn’t normally start until 07-00 We did not arrive until 02-00 and reception was there for us

The curtains in the room were difficult to close and there being 2 extra large windows we thought the curtain rail was coming down The sink didn’t hold water so you had to keep the water running
