Rapport qualité-prix imbattable et personnel très chaleureux et consciencieux.

Logement très confortable, végétation luxuriante, hauts murs permettant une complète intimité, piscine privative confortable, propreté impeccable, personnel très gentil et efficace. Luminosité parfaite.

Le restaurant propose peu de plats et service un peu long. Le loeur de scooter associé à l'hotel m'a loué un véhicule avec moins de 20 % du plein.

Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, breakfast was delicious, location is very central and the room was very comfortable. Very good for families with small children.

AC was a bit old and that’s why very loud. During night that was disturbing.

Lovely stay in Seminyak

The villa itself was great - spacious bedroom with AC and a big bathroom (which has a big bathtub which fits 2 people + shower surrounded by green leaves). The private pool is a perfect addition. Very clean and well-maintained and service was excellent, staff were kind, polite and attentive. 10mins walk to the beach and ATMs nearby. Quiet both during the day and at night.

Breakfast was okay but not the best we have had. We stayed over New Year so they had a complementary NYE dinner — where again, food was okay but nothing too special (we had the vegetarian option). The thing we didn’t like is that it took way too long in between our courses and there were other tables who arrived after us and were done with food before us.

Location Pool

We stayed for 9 night. Breakfast was not good at all, we tried all and were not even eatable.. Zero services for clients, we got full rainy week and there was nothing to do, and no service to transport to restaurant since the hotel does not have one. With a small baby we had to go under the rain to let him eat. Taxi were not accepting the drive since to short. For late check out 3pm ( also rain day) they ask 70 dollars . So for 2 hours we refuse to pay knowing that in the past 9 days our room was made at 5pm or even later. N So this place is not recommended if you have kids. The toilet doesn’t have any privacy also , so no alternative then share everything with your partner. Inside the room is nice , the bathroom looks a bit old.. no way if have long hair to wash it .. the shower doesn’t have enough power and not small shower available.. the water of the shut off smell.

Great choice and excellent breakfast, outstanding room with a pool. Everything you could possibly need in a beautiful setting.

Nothing, staff were outstanding and great attention to detail to ensure you had the best experience possible.

Water fountain didn't work in pool not sure how to turn on. But that was just one small detail and we forgot to ask!

We had a lovely spacious and clean room. The pool area was delightful.

It was advertised that we could get a bucket of Bintang beers delivered but the lighter version of beer was not available.

Great location, clean and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and only too happy to assist in any way. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak.

Disappointing

Not much to like tbh

There were parts of the room poorly maintained, music could be heard from the other hotels day and night (very loud). Breakfast that was supposed to be included didn't come the second last day. On the first day of our stay it was 30 minutes late and very cold when it arrived. Our last day we checked out early and was supposed to get a breakfast box but that wasn't there for us on check out. The staff would do cleaning at random times and wouldn't take no for an answer if we didn't want them to clean at that time.

Not quite a five star experience

The pool is beautiful and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok (nothing special, but it’s free). It’s a nice quiet location within easy access of the beach, W Hotel etc. The TV has Netflix inbuilt.

It’s just… ok. It must tick the boxes for five star but it does not feel five star. At first I was in love with the pool and the surrounding area around the pool. It is a decent size pool and clean, with nice sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom are a novelty that soon wears off. Once the mosquito coils burn out, there are lots of mosquitos, so going to the bathroom at night or making a coffee in the morning is like running the dengue fever gauntlet. They should provide extra mosquito coils (and matches) so you can keep them going. No robes, some used thongs instead of slippers, no iron. Very small room service menu and average food. The furnishings are overdue for an upgrade, everything felt old, faded and dirty (the couch especially - I was not willing to sit on it). There is music playing constantly from somewhere - not sure if it’s a bar or what. I think if you put yourself in the mindset of this being a 4 star accommodation, you can have a nice time. BYO mosquito coils though!

Perfect Bali base for romantic relaxing break

Incredible stay we absolutely loved it! We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa. The breakfast brought to the room each day was delicious and very filling. The room was so beautiful, feels even roomier than the pictures suggest. Free wifi which worked really well. Staff were amazing. Room service was super efficient. Cannot fault this stay.

the place is very well organised, the staff are very kind and professional, the place is calm and beautiful.

insects, but it was expected as the place is surronded bs gardens.
