Would have loved to stay longer. Exceptional!

So much space! It was great to have a bedroom and another bed in the living room. All the furnishings were very comfortable and clean.

There are pots and pans, but could use a larger pot and a newer frying pan.

Clean and comfy and warm. Excellent reception staff, brilliant location.

Hot Water ran out quickly for our evening shower but was fine in the morning.

I expected better from a establishment in such a tourist focus area.

Its in a convenient location.

My booking through Booking.com included an upgrade to an upstairs room with a balcony. I ended up in a downstairs room. There was an outside light that went all night that flooded the bedroom with light, The blind over the window did little to help. The bed was the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and the water pressure for the shower was pitiful.

The unit was very clean with everything needed. Nice view from the balcony. Close to everything.

The beds were incredibly hard, we all had a terrible sleep and woke up sore and aching. We paid an extra $30 for a 7yr old child to stay at the last minute so our room was changed. We expected another single bed but got a fold out couch and only 1 thin blanket.

Location was perfect for our stay, we were attending an event on buffalo beach

Good, central location Spacious room Plenty of car parking Flexible with check in time Kitchen suitable for cooking your own meals in the evenings

Had difficulty sleeping the 3 nights we stayed as the bedroom was very humid and stuffy - only a noisy fan in the room to keep cool while sleeping. We travelled here during the recent floods and road slips/closures. I enquired about getting a refund due to the unfolding flooding situation and the genuinely unsafe road conditions for us to travel on to get there. Found it concerning that we would not be able to be refunded and we felt somewhat forced to travel to Whitianga during a state of emergency so as to not lose the $500+ we had paid for our stay.

Very good

Great location, being minutes away from the beach, 4 Square and restaurants/shops. Room was well-equipped and clean. The pool was great - though temp could be reduced a bit on hot summer days.

Bedroom was pretty dark (not helped by the site of room #714 being right by storage rooms). Not sure the bathroom fan worked, which is necessary for windowless rooms.

Worth a return visit!

Amazing location, right near the beach and local shopping/restaurants nearby. Theres a heated pool, playground and tennis court which made it the perfect stay for our family with 2x babies
