Loved EVERYTHING about this property. The staff went above and beyond to arrange everything we asked for - from laundry to a car service to the airport (in a Mercedes). The view was unbelievable from our room. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The restaurant also had gluten free options!
Nothing!!

The view is amazing. The location is perfect and Bellagio is beautiful
The staff is very nice and helpful. In particular Manuela. She is an angel. Very professional. This hotel is lucky to have a dedicated employee as she is.
The breakfast is amazing
All the facilities are very nice.
Room is big and nice
The restaurant la terraza is very expensive for just regular and untasty food. But the view is nice

View from the room was amazing, the whole property was top notch. The staff helped us book a boat tour of the lake and made several other recommendations which were very helpful.
Nothing.. everything was first class.

The room, facility and staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Nothing.

Staff and service were excellent. We stayed in the apartment side of the hotel which was nice to have a little kitchen and a bit more room whilst still being able to use hotel pool and amenities. We didn’t feel the need to brave the crowds and eat in bellagio too many times as the hotel restaurant was fantastic and the pool bar and view so relaxing and quiet.

loved everything about The Belvedere. We spent a few days at the location and the staff, grounds and facilities could not have been any better. it was our families favorite spot of our entire trip. highly recommend the Belvedere.
nothing at all. would stay again and again and again.

I changed my room on arrival as I could hear noise from the road and I am a very light sleeper. The room I was moved to was nice however the bathroom & shower were much smaller. The view was over the lake, which compensated for the smaller bathroom and overall the room was very quiet apart from some very selfish guests (one night in particular).
Breakfast was delicious and I had dinner one evening, which was also good however the cheeks could have been more tender, I found them rather chewy!
Staff were lovely and very attentive, I was given a lift down to another hotel for a wedding I was attending. I stayed at the hotel alone but was made to feel very welcome. Everything was very clean, the Spa area was great and I actually had both the pool and spa to myself on a couple of occasions, so felt very spoiled.
The only thing I did not like was the cheeks I had for dinner, everything else was lovely.

The view is lovely. The staff were friendly in general and quick to resolve any issues. The suite room was fab with incredible views. Breakfast was great. Outdoor jacuzzi pool with a view is nice.
We had booked the base lake view room which was on the level below the restaurant. These rooms are set back from a large courtyard with sun beds so for the view you need to step out and walk up to the railing. Also the room has glass doors so there isn't a window to look out from. It does have a small patio with chairs which was ok but people of the other rooms walked by and there was no privacy from the rooms on the sides. When we requested a room change to a higher floor we were told it was booked out that night and they would try to accomodate the next day. Then half the lights in the bathroom wouldn't work, the housekeeping came by check but no luck. By this time we were just too tired and decided to have an early dinner and sleep. The restaurant was above our floor and you could hear the thumping of steps of staff and guests from early evebing till end of dinner time. So by the next morning we were very dissapointed and went to check at the reception if they were going to move us to another room. The reception lady told us we were getting a suite and it was a relief cause we had another 2 nights to go. We were out all day and when we got back late evening she took us to the beautofils suite on the 3rd floor. Made up for our bad experience on day 1. Appreciate their quick response but please make sure the lower level rooms have a caveat about the view, the noise from the restaurant above and the lights etc work.
Location is really nice if you like a bit of walk. Its up the hill from the town centre but there is a long winding path (near hotel grand srebelloni) which we loved taking on the way back up to the hotel. Going down from the hotel to town centre is easier, just take one of the staircases right down. Cars can easily reach the hotel so thats good when you're arriving or leaving for the airport.
Also, the food at the restaurant could be better. Not worth the price. Service was good though.

4.7
Great location, facilities and view of the lake.
overall service was good.
the kids enjoyed the pool and jaccuzi, and there was a nice poolside bar.
beds were very firm, so the first few nights were a bit uncomfortable until we adjusted. Air conditioning was not operating apparently as hotel policy, so rooms were pretty stuffy.
overall the food was good, however room service a bit hit and miss, and not really suited to kids.
4.7
The hotel was in a good location and was easy to navigate around the belvedere.
Staff were helpful throughout and kept it clean. Bar staff made good cocktails like old fashions and espresso martini's.
Food was ok but across como wasnt great.
4.7
Great property, peaceful secluded and great staff.
Only complaint is that the SPA is still
on covid protocol so you have to reserve it. Unfortunately the morning i wanted to use it, the spa was booked all day.

I would have enjoyed some comfortable chairs on the balcony

lovely apartment no 172 with 2.5 bedrooms for 5 people. we had a small balcony outside living room overlooking lake Como. excellent service & staff. location is convenient with 5-7 minutes to the city centre & ferry terminals.
4.7
spacious rooms, pool, spa, sauna, steam room all inclusive—that was a huge plus. My only complaint was that the shower needed a shelf for soap, shampoo, razor etc.

The property is absolutely stunning! The staff worked so hard to take care of their guests and the pride of this place and dedication to excellence was evident! Some notable things- we stayed in a 2-story room with skylights and beautiful lake views- waking up was a dream! it had its own outdoor space and indoor living space with two bathrooms! The shower was lovely with great water pressure and the chalet feel was divine! I got a kick out of the blinds you could open and close with a remote and all the closet space. The restaurant for dinner was delightful and included breakfast tasty (though they are strict with hours). Views throughout the property are just incomparable! We loved the infinity hot tub and especially the views from there. A truly lovely stay, would highly recommend and hope to be back!
