We celebrated our 50 th wedding anniversary and to celebrate it in this amazing hotel was amazing

We loved the breakfast and venue. The staff were very helpful

The pillows were really hard and flat. The Concierge was rather intermittent. Some staff were ok others were not so helpful or friendly.

What more could you ask for in the beautiful town of Bellagio, location, luxury and indulgence.

Stunning room with an amazing view. An historic hotel that sits in prime position on the lake. A beautiful location to relax and enjoy all that Lake Como has to offer. This was a return visit and the breakfast did not disappoint. Absolutely outstanding with excellent service.

Didn't appreciate the air blower outside our window at 6.00am in the morning. Not what you expect when on a relaxing holiday. The concierge kindly fixed the issue the next morning.

They were too busy prior to our arrival that concierge took up to a month to respond. We missed many opportunities and bookings because of this. It was also our honeymoon which we wrote on our booking and there was no acknowledgement. Other hotels made us feel very special which added to the uniqueness of the stay. There were a lot of brash American tourists playing their own music over the pianist and we couldn’t believe it. (Country and western music). There needs to be an etiquette manual to assist with cultural behaviour for the benefit of fellow guests.

Beautiful hotel almost perfect stay

I chose this hotel specifically because it seemed perfect for someone who planned to just stay on the grounds. I came here after finishing a 9 day hike trip, so I walked around the town of Bellagio a bit, but I mostly relaxed on property. There was an amazing pianist that played in the lobby at night. The beach area with lake access was convenient to a dining areas with food and drinks.

On the day of check in my room was not ready until after 5pm. I had travelled from Sirmione that day and was quite tired and hot. I waited in the lobby and at the outdoor terrace restaurant from around 11am in the same clothes I had traveled in. For a property that is so expensive, I would expect to have access to the room at least by check in time (2pm). I still paid full price and wasn’t offered so much as a drink for compensation, a little odd for high-end hospitality.

Superb

Stunning gardens, amazing service, beautiful historic building. Incredible setting and views. Bathrooms were quite modern but still maintained the charm of the era. Perfect location in Bellagio - outside of the touristy chaos, but so close and walkable to ferries and town

The outdoor pool is just not issuable until high summer, should be heated

Exceptional

This hotel exceeded any expectation I had. Bellagio can be a busy hub for travelers in Lake Como but Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is an amazing getaway right on the water. You really feel like you are staying at your own villa on Lake Como. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel also offers many great amenities like the spa, fitness center, and beautiful gardens. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Lake Como.

Excellent hotel (best in the area) and definitely worth the price.

The location was the best in the area and the views were incredible. Staff was excellent.

The building is old which can't be changed, however the details could be freshened.

The breakfast was great and served in a beautiful room. Loved the piano player in the evening. He was great

The spa facility was just awful! There were no products Abe the entire spa needs to be redone! I would never use the facility again even though the treatment was fine. There were actually screaming children at the spa pool. Very surprising. It would behoove the hotel to redo the spa and not to allow children in the spa area. The trattoria restaurant was not impressive. I have the hotel a good rating but will probably stay at the Tremezzo on our next trip

Impeccable service, beautifully appointed Grand Hotel of 150 years. the history of the Serbelloni family, the location and beauty of the hotel and the incredible room, luxurious amenities, Michelin restaurant, breathtaking views make this one of our all-time favorite hotels!!

Best vacation ever!

Everything was amazing; From always smiling and professional staff to the most gorgeous hotel. it exceeded our expectations by far!! Would recommend to anyone. it’s family friendly too. it’s worth every penny and will be definitely coming back!

fantastic location in the middle of Summer to enjoy the full facilities -pool and lake

location excellent good fitness facilities sauna and steam room great

staff were just in automation , they weren’t personable enough other than one guy in the bar who was turning 60 this year . he was lovely

Heaven on Earth! Amazing experience!

Everything was incredible! Check in was fast and smooth. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view. The amenities on site were wonderful, to include steam room, indoor pool, dining, ambiance. The staff members were attentive, friendly and professional. Amazing stay!

The indoor pool was a little chilly for my personal preference, but that’s the ONLY thing I would say could be improved upon.

the most beautiful hotel in Bellagio

it was absolutely gorgeous. hotel was excellent, views of the lake were perfect. the breakfast ballroom was simply stunning, comes with sparkling wine

the water was only delivered at 5pm and the staff wouldn’t even give us water when we asked for it earlier in the day. The hotel was also a bit expensive, but we were prepared to splurge!

Such a lovely experience

We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay and the staff were very helpful in ensuring a smooth transition between the rooms. Needless to say, everything was wonderful: the service standards were top notch, the hotel was beautiful, the location is very convenient and the food during breakfast and at the restaurant was awesome. Would love to visit again one day.

A beautiful stay

Desing and location

The restaurant near the pool is the worst dining experience EVER. It was like a canteen for a staff. It is a shame that the Hotel of such history and calling itself Grand can feed their guests in a place like that.
