We absolutely loved it and will stay again!!

We love the pool and where they are! So close to everything and the staff are also amazing

Only a couple of things, we needed a tea towel for the kitchen and also I do miss having room service option (only because I’ve stayed at this property me y times but I also understand die to covid and things like Uber eats it’s probably better for them not to do room service anymore I just miss having the option)

Lovely stay for the school holidays.

The staff were very friendly, location was great and the kids loved the pool. The breakfast was delicious

Relaxing time away with good services

Had everything I we wanted - Excellent Location, had a bath and also a balcony

Did well! Will give 9 stars because reception was helpful and friendly, and the room was nice. Only criticism is that we paid $44 for both of us to have breakfast the next day, got there at 10:15 and there wasn't much food available, so i has to ask the staff to cook more food.... they did in the end though, so all in all 9/10. Thanks for a good stay!

Absolutely Amazing would stay again.

I loved the location as it was close to all the activities that we had planned in Melbourne. All the facilities were amazing and easy to access. The room was really well set out and clean, the bed was comphy.

Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds.

It was really the reception staff who made my stay extra special. Very friendly, very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. There are also little things, like the fruit infused water in the lobby. Beds were very comfortable. I actually got a call from the hotel before our stay asking how we wanted the beds configured! Breakfast was very nice. There is also a bar. We couldn't hear any street noise when the balcony door was closed. Location was good. Bathroom was spotless.

Excellent location, fab staff, great facilities

Excellent location in central melbourne, with excellent facilities including pool, sauna, spa. Great rooms with washer dryer/kitchen. Highly recommend this hotel.

Would have preferred in the hotel upgraded the TV's in the units the smart televisions. The beds could be firmer.

Location was very central.

Room was quite small. Initially they set it up with 2 single beds, which they rectified. Also, don't like a shower in a bath. Lift was also incredibly slow.

We used to stay the Rydges on exhibition st all the time but we think we will change

Car park right next to lifts. We had elderly parents with us. We got lucky with the pool/gym area next to our room

Took a bit for us to get our parents room heater to get going. Ours was great from the start

Spacious, fully functional apartment Great for travelling with kids to they have space to play and we don’t all need to go to bed at the same time Walking distance to a lot of attractions, good food and shopping

That you didn’t need to use the key card for the lift to get to levels other than ground, this left a feeling of being less secure
