The professional look of the hotel overall, the fast lifts for floor access. The city views! Friendly staff, and very inclusive and assistive, especially once they learned I am Deaf. Made efforts to communicate in my preferred way.

The day of departure we wanted to use our complimentary coffee cards and get breakfast before check out, but the machine was broken so whole cafe was closed until fixed. This caused some added stress to our planned departure routine prior to check out. One glass, a few of the cutlery items and a plate were not entirely clean. I had to wash these items to ensure sanitary before use. Slight overlooked detail from cleaning team (I have worked in resorts as cleaner, so I know standard my boss expects, so was a bit sad of this detail being missed). The tv functions for ordering/contacting reception was offline. This would have been a far more inclusive experience for myself as a Deaf woman who cannot use a normal voice call phone, so having that digital access would have allowed me better communication access. An extra throw blanket in the wardrobe would have come in handy as I feel the cold more. Most studios I’ve stayed in have had this. Whilst these details did detract from the whole weekend experience, I would return in future for a second chance of guest experience.

good space in room and very close to Southbank precinct.

This can't be fixed but location is on a busy road so you can't stop to unload bags etc. Wilson parking across the road is a bit of a walk.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We came from Brisbane for the AFL and our wedding anniversary. Adina is conveniently located, close to everything we could possibly fit in ..trams, great dining, shopping, sighting seeing.

When we got to our room it was obvious a very poor job had been done cleaning the bathroom and toilet. There was long strands of hair AND pubic hair on the tiled floor which neally made me ill. But, to the credit of the staff...when we addressed the matter it was rectified.

Really good other than the scummy shower floor.

Central, comfortable and value for money.

Turned off by the mould not cleaned off the shower floor, corners near the door, edges really need a good scrub. This was a big turn off !!

staff did not call ambulance when I asked him too. said not allowed and I had to do it myself. I was in a panic and he was rude. I was from Adelaide so was not familiar with location. did not come and ask how patient was. did not offer water. elderly mother broke wrist outside the front of property. did not offer pillow under arm nothing. absolutely appalling.

A fabulous stay. Easy walking distance to the tennis and city.

Excellent staff - very friendly and flexible. Checked in early, and left bags for 5 hours after late check out. Extremely helpful.

Great place to stay for the tennis, close to the city but out of the busy retail centre.

We liked the area which was close to the river and an easy 20 minute walk to the tennis. Southbank is great for hospitality as the river is lined with restaurants and bars. Also it is close to the trams which take you around the city loop for free. Liked that the reception was helpful with queries and stored our luggage for a few hours on the last day. The indoor pool and gym were great. Small apartment but comfortable and clean with a nice city view.

Would have liked a coffee machine in the apartment, though the coffee from the café in reception was good.

Everyone should go analogue

Everything, rooms, facilities, location was very central.

I could not check-in with my digital credit card and driver's licence. This was really annoying as this was not advised in the multiple messages and confirmation from the apartments. Thankfully my wife had these, after having to change the name of the Booking made on booking.com and 30mins later once the receptionist got the email from booking.com we were allowed to check in. I suggest the requirement for physical cards is made very clear in booking confirmations, as i was not the only customer in this situation at the time another customer had nothing.and had to book / pay again. Is digital really helpful and convenient? Maybe not at Adina Apartments.

Perfect location

Great location on the Southbank. Rooms very quiet with comfortable bed. Kitchenette was perfect. Great having our own laundry. Heated pool indoors was lovely to refresh in. Great gym overlooking the surrounding area.
