Decent hotel for the cost but would not book again due to the mattress being so uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

Mattress was rock hard and did not get much rest. Could feel the springs. Our room was on the ground level but required going upstairs, through a corridor and down more stairs. Old building so expected some quirks but this was strange.

Day trip to Aberdeen

Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble to them. Room service was excellent, quick and with very courteous staff. Room and hotel were very clean and welcoming.

Only the TV. Its a bit old and small, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Very good

Quiet for most of the time. Very comfortable bed, plenty fluffy white towels. Housekeeping that actually emptied bin and replenished tea tray.

Nothing really disliked...slightly confusing when trying to find room.

very noisy room extractor fans running throughout the night and room very close to the the source double glazing inadequate to reduce noise only had around 2 hours sleep won’t be back

Very pleased all-round with the hotel. Would definitely use the hotel again if going to Aberdeen.

Breakfast, Dinner and service could not have been better. Room was clean, modern, well furnished and would have been excellent if it was a little bit bigger to give more space around the bed.

The breakfast and dinner top class, same for the service.

Great stay at Atholl Hotel

I paid for my in laws to stay here so they could attend a concert. They were delighted with the room and found everything to their liking. They found the room and facilities to be excellent and said the staff were friendly and helpful. The food they had was also very good. They would definitely recommend Atholl Hotel.

They had no complaints!

The Atholl is a very traditional hotel, bar and restaurant with exceptional service and quality food, beverages and accommodation

Great choice for experiencing local hospitality

Authentic Scottish hotel with great artwork and attention to detail. Good food. Great service - very polite and welcoming, best we had in Aberdeen.

Breakfast was very good Breakfast staff were very friendly and pleasant without being intrusive.

To access the room we were directed up a fight of stairs only to come down another fight of stairs as we were actually on the ground floor

Superb

Staff in restaurants and bar are very good ambassadors for the hotel. Breakfast choice really good and the food was exceptional Scampi was amazing with the best tartar sauce I've ever tasted. Good car park, location means easy access to town centre and out to the Shire.

Bed was a little firm, but otherwise perfect
