I was shocked and dismayed, rooms need a proper "snagging" by real people not some remote office.

reception areas, restaurant look lovely.

room dark needs more lights. Voiles falling off. window broken. Tea tray stuck in wardrobe as too close to bedside, all corners broken very sharp. bathroom floor and panel need fixing. No Bathrobes. Mirrors too far away to use in Bathroom. extractor broken, towel rail never on. Toiletry dispensers, really? awful. Not one coat hook in bedroom for wet coats.

Beautiful Hotel

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful area of Aberdeen. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you 😊

location amazing, easy free parking, excellent customer service. Fresh decor. Good food and drinks.

would have been great to have a sauna/steam room. Breakfast menu/offering a bit limited.

Excellent overall !

A shower tap was unusable and had to be fixed. Maybe prior guests didn't report it or the cleaners didn't notice it when cleaning.

Lovely experience to stay in the Malmaison and would highly recommend it.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The room was a little too warm and it was quite noisy with the windows open.

Ideally located fo me and will use again

Upgraded on arrival and quick check in. Room was ideal as did a little work and the breakfast was superb. Went out for dinner as met a client and had a great sleep and easy check. Out next day

I liked the staff .. they were all very helpful and nice .. breakfast was lovely .. evening meal was all too much spicyness for me .. but will definitely be back .. such a lovely place .

Room was clean & tidy

Very broken sleep due to upstairs restaurant at night & early morning. Could hear trollys & cutlery dropped on floor. We were in room 12. Stayed in malmaison loads of times but never had this before. Would never take a room on ground floor again

Very enjoyable stay with great food, drink and staff!

Both dinner and breakfast were great. Room was large and well laid out. Bed comfy and afforded a good night sleep. Car parking ample and both front and rear of hotel.

The room was dark during the night. Lighting options could be better. Difficult to read a book to sleep. Shower fantastic if you want a full wash but no real option for just a quick shower should you not want to get hair wet etc.

Superb

The hotel is very cosy, staff is excellent. Charming hotel. Perfect location (30 min walk to Union Square). Very good breakfast. The Chez Mal brasserie offers delicious steaks and burgers. The room I was given first had some issues with AC noise etc, and I was offered to move at once.

Nothing really, some renovation may be needed.
