Personeel zeer vriendelijk, kamer perfect in orde.

Quality hotel, high quality decor and finishes throughout. Excellent rooftop leisure area. Great town centre location. Plus the stall couldn’t do enough for you, just perfect.

Great location and staff, very welcoming. Beds and sheets were wonderful!
Slight drains small and rooftop needs a little more care ( dying plants through lack of water) but small points, would definitely return

La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico pero al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo; la habitación muy cómoda y bonita. El desayuno bien, me hubiera gustado más natural la parte dulce, pero estaba muy bien. Volvería sin dudarlo.
4.3
Beautiful building. Very tastefully brought up to date but still keeping all its lovely old features.

El edificio y el trato del personal
La habitación era un poco pequeña

Attractive building and it's location is central.
Didn't like that we had no bin in rooms or a fridge and that there were flies everywhere! Also receptionist at check in wasn't very friendly.

Traditional build
Not fully fit for purpose as boutique hotel

The location was great. Five minute easy walk to Plaza Arenal. Located on a plaza with cafes that served cheap breakfasts. Pedestrianised area so no road noise.
The staff were friendly and the welcome drink was a nice touch.
Beautiful building. Common areas were tastefully decorated. The internal patio was lovely and there is a roof terrace, although it could have done with a little TLC, eg comfortable chairs, more shade.
The room was pleasant. High ceilings, 2 Juliet balconies overlooking the square, comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean with a good shower with choice of overhead or not. Lots of room around sink for toiletries.
The air conditioning was not fit for purpose. We had it turned to the lowest setting and the highest fan but it still had little impact. This affected the quality of our sleep. On getting up on the last morning, the temperature of our room was significantly higher than it was outside. This needs to be sorted out. The outside temperature when we stayed was in the low 30s but it can get so much higher......
We were travelling with a significant amount of cash which we wanted to put in the safety deposit box in our room. However, it had come away from the wall and could therefore be picked up, so not 'safe' at all. We asked at reception if we could leave it in their safe, but were told they didn't have one. We therefore had to carry the money around with us, which was far from ideal.

Super clean, friendly staff and great location. Will reboot next time in Jerez

Excellent accommodation with 2 rooms - bedroom and living room set in a classic Andalusian house tastefully and sympathetically converted into a 3 star hotel.
Good breakfast and very central location was enhanced by staff with knowledge of best eateries, flamenco and other best places to go.
A real gem.
Parking was in the Plaza Arenal underground car park about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The front desk staff made sure it was very straightforward.
4.3
General ambience of the hotel and reception staff very welcoming & helpful
Roof top terrace could have had more cover/shade ie parasols

The reception girls were super nice and welcoming!

Location was great and hotel looks out on to a large square. Lovely roof top terrace with shade and sun loungers.
Beautiful old buidling. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice lounge and bar areas. Loved the large shower. Room very spacious and beautifully light, looked out on to roof terrace. Good to be offered fresh eggs and bacon at breakfast. Lady preparing it was so very helpful.
Light next to my husband's side of the bed was broken when we arrived and no one came to fix it even though he asked at least twice. Safe did not work reliably and again we asked for it to be fixed but although someone apparently looked at it we could not rely on it.

Lovely hotel full of old style character. Large spacious room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice touches. Great location...central. No hesitation in booking again. Excellent value.
We had no issues with anything.

Front desk Staff - Amazing, friendly, helped with bags, etc
Cleaning staff - Amazing
Location - Amazing
Noise level - Great in our room, terrible in others
Cleanliness - very clean, room always smelled good, etc.
Breakfast, terrible for the price. ( I can walk out the door and eat better food for 25% of the price)
Value - not good, prices were jacked up for the moto GP week and we were a victim of this price increase, my sister booked her rooms last year and paid half what we paid for a much bigger room.
Room was VERY small

Beautiful room and hotel communal areas. Staff were accommodating and friendly and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.
Pillows a bit hard but this was a little thing.
4.3
very friendly staff...
the bathroom was very smelly... Drain smell.......
the coffee at breakfast was terrible....

.Roof terrace. Good breakfast. Good location.
There was a disturbance one morning outside our room but we were never told what had happened . We thought at first that someone had broken into the hotel but I think it was another guest who had come back to the hotel drunk. We would have appreciated some communications from the hotel team.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was great, all the sights are within walking distance but the area is not too busy. The hotel was very decorated very nicely and they offer you a welcome sherry on your first night.
4.3
lovely variety at breakfast with an option of eggs and bacon.
lovely friendly and helpful staff
we enjoyed the complimentary glass of sherry
we didnt like the fact that the bedroom window didnt open to to the outside. it opened onto an internal quadrangle
4.3
Lovely staff. Great room. Delicious breakfast.
4.3
Excellent central, quiet location
Usage of electricity is very limited, the light went off several times.
Door to the bathroom creaks loudly, so if anybody else in the room, it would wake him or her up.
4.3
Good size, nice bathroom
Bed was two twins pushes together
