Memorable breakfast with view!

Fantastic location and the best breakfast ever! Amazing view from the breakfast area - what a way to start the day! Lovely staff.

Did not like the straw curtain dividing the bathroom / bedroom - no privacy at all. Missed air conditioning in the corridors and elevators.

All in all a very relaxing stay

The newly renovated hotel was perfectly located within a short distance to the local beach. The breakfast and dinner options were very good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic with comfortable sun loungers and very relaxing with staff on hand to order poolside drinks and meals. The caves we visited nearby were a highlight of our stay.

Unfortunately the noise from the 2 local beach restaurants was disturbing late at night. Loud voices and music could be heard down on the beach from our hotel room balcony. The location is quite remote so definitely hire a car unless you are happy to pay for long taxi rides.

Wish we could have stayed much longer.

Incredible views. Possibly some of the most stunning on the island. This paired with the unbelievable quality of the breakfast made everything about our stay feel like a dream getaway.

The rooms were a bit dark but good for nightly rest. They also had some technical difficulties with their check-in system but I wouldn’t say “I didn’t like this about the property.” Just a minor inconvenience that was easily solved.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

- The hotel was recently renovated and redesigned in great style, its comfortable and relaxing. - The breakfast and all restaurants in the hotel are brilliant. - Guests have access to the neighboring Hikton hotel, especially appreciated due its much nicer pool club area. - The hotel has regular live mudic and complementary activities for small groups which are a very nice touch. - The staff is overall very nice and friendly (except one brown haired receptionist with poor english skills)

- Note that Deluxe rooms are not on the seaview side if the hotel! Those are overlooking the other hotel and its pool area. - Terrace was not cleaned regularly, which after rainy days got quite dirty. - Minibar prices are not displayed anywhere and respective minibar charges shared at checkout were mostly wrong in our case. - Registration/cancellation of activities seems to be a ragher error prone - would reccomment making it part of the hotel app.

Excellent location and quiet set up for those who looking for a quiet romantic getaway

The view and the location are top notch. The restaurant (ground floor by the pool) at the club offers excellent food and live and every night

Our room is really quite small. We upgraded to a sea view room with Balcony. But I feel like we got the smallest possible room in that rank. Most balcony’s are large and extended but ours isn’t. The room is quite tight although the bed is large and comfortable.

Good but need to improve

New Nice views

They don’t have service in the beach. You can’t call yourself 5 starts if you don’t offer that service. They don’t have a bag for the beach/pool and flip flops. All 5 stars hotel they offer that. The food at the club Cala restaurant below average. We got better food at one of the restaurants near the beach. Some of the staff at the food track were rude Some of the staff needs training It hotel with potential but it needs improvement

Très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel !

La sympathie des salariés et la vue de l’hôtel

Dans l’ensemble tout s’est bien passé néanmoins nous ressentons que l’hôtel a ouvert récemment ( manque de communication sur les éléments au mini bar, coupure d’eau, pas de panier pour jeter les serviettes dans les toilettes des parties communes). Mais avec quelques légères améliorations cet hôtel a tout d’un lieu incroyable

Great

Honestly, this hotel was great. It's modern, peaceful, and has a stylish interior. The beachfront location is a big plus, and having two pools allows for a nice change of scenery whenever you want. The buffet is also quite good. I paid around 250 to 300 euros per night, but I see the price has already gone up to 500 euros. I don't think they should raise their rates because, at that price, you could likely find something better. I'll definitely return if the price remains around the same.

What I didn't like was the loud music. The hotel generally feels peaceful, but occasionally there's loud music at the pool. I get that we're in Ibiza, but this hotel has a more tranquil vibe, so I would have expected relaxing, chill music rather than party tunes.

Prachtig hotel met super personeel!

Het was onze 2e keer in Ibiza en de 2e keer in het noorden van het eiland. Het hotel wisten wij niet op voorhand waar we ons aan mochten verwachten maar het was een voltreffer. Prachtig hotel met prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en compleet. Belangrijkste troef van dit hotel is hun personeel. Die mensen springen voor hun klanten. Heel vriendelijk en professioneel. Leuk ook dat er iemand van België aanwezig was voor de guest experience. Gilles heeft nog meermaals zeer goed geholpen. Wij komen hier terug, dat is zeker!

Jolie hôtel avec des cadres agréables avec des points à réviser

Nourriture, piscine, le cadre de l’hôtel, belle décoration, plusieurs coins agréable pour se poser avec de belles vues

Matelas extrêmement dur pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas le premier jour, 20€ de frais de service à payer pour du room service, service petit déjeuner café lent et plusieurs fois retournés la tasse avec le personnel qui roule les yeux, dîner termine à 22h30, à 22h26 je suis entrain de manger et la serveuse me demande de partir et descendre avec l’assiette car elle a besoin de l’espace pour nettoyer, la nourriture du buffet commence à être retirée par les employés avant l’heure de fin, certains staff ne sont pas agréable. Ayant effectués plusieurs séjours dans des hôtels Hilton, celui-ci n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur et encore moins d’un 5 étoiles. Pas de peignoirs ni de fers à repasser dans la chambre, pas de sacs de plage offert.

Great relaxing stay, would recommend for a chill weekend

Loved the location, the staff, the breakfast, the beds and the pool. The hotel is comfortable, cool and smells really nice. Would recommend!

Being knitpicky, I would say the wait time for the elevator can be long. Also the music outside can clash a lot with music from other hotels/floors. Especially when there is live music playing and you are having dinner at the Club hotel buffet.

Hotel completamente renovado. Todo nuevo. Preciosa decoración. Si quieres unos días de descanso, este es tu sitio. En el norte de la isla, con unas vistas espectaculares, salida directa desde el complejo del hotel a la playa. Tumbonas y sombrilla a tu disposición gratuitas en la playa que pone el hotel. Varias piscinas. Sin problema para aparcar el coche, si no tienes sitio en la puerta, ellos se encargan de aparcarlo y lo tendrás disponible cuando lo necesites. El desayuno muy bueno, con todo tipo de opciones. Súper recomendable.

Beautiful hotel where customers come first - recommended!

The staff at this hotel is a real asset. We were treated like royalty. The hotel has only been open a few weeks so some staff members are still learning the ropes but their enthusiasm puts many other establishments in Ibiza to shame. The views from the hotel are breath taking - be sure to request a sea view. Rooms are beautifully furnished and the most comfortable beds I’ve come to expect from Hilton. Great shower pressure, constant temperature and luxury toiletries and fluffy towels in the rooms. Breakfast is wonderful, so much choice, items cooked to order, and plenty of fresh fruit. Dinner and wine list reasonably priced by Ibiza standards. The beach is a bonus - incredibly calm, crystal clear waters. There’s a serene calmness to the resort, which helped ensure we ended our trip to Ibiza feeling rejuvenated. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Best place we have stayed in Ibiza.

Peaceful and relaxing. About 15mins (about 30 euros) to get to the main party areas. The food at dinner was amazing.

Nothing really. But the pool towels should be replaced more frequently. I found I had to ask for them sometimes, but it’s not a big deal.
