Bar on property, breakfast and clean
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I woke up in so much pain after one night there.

It is a fun place ... if you like beer you'll lilke this place. We were there in the off-season. I bet during peak season or weekends this has a lot of partying going on. Pool/outside is nice. It is on the edge of town so is one of the closest hotels to the Argentina entrance to Iguazu. Food is decent. Staff was accommodating.
Our room the first night was close to the bar/brewery so could hear music through wall... but the music was turned down we slept well. Second night we were further from the reception area in. a great room.

Great location to Iguazú.
old, tired, dirty. this place really does need work! mouldy lamp shades in bedroom a shower that’s a trickle. mattress with broken springs. a sheet on the bed to sleep under with holes on, holes in the towels. breakfast well if you like stale bread and a bit of cake it’s great. pool are dirty and if you step in the pool you would probably catch something. just wipe your feet on the way out.

I liked everything. Except writing the data on the bank card.
The data on the bank card are written by the reception staff. Unhealthy practice. It's not good.

great location, fresh beers, attentive staff, and reasonably cool in the heat - March
hard to keep this type of property in good condition
breakfast rather unusual, mainly cakes!

I think Booking.com should rate hotels and hostels clearly. I as customer taked a place named hotel with beautiful pictures and actually git a beer brewery with guest rooms at the level of a road hostel. It was not appropriate for me and my famiky. It is important to note that the team provided a good service. Breakfast was poor

The pool area was lovely and looked just like it was advertised. Air conditioning was very effective, we even needed a blanket overnight as it would get chilly.
The staff were lovely and friendly. Knowing more about buses and tours would have helped but they all were very sweet.
The beer was tasty and cold.
Our luxury apartment was not luxury. While everything was clean the shower curtain didn't reach the floor or stretch across the whole shower area so the bathroom became wet with each shower. Not the fun holy beer shower curtains pictured on booking . Com.
The sinks in both bathrooms leaked into the cabinets below. This meant both bathroom cabinets had mould.
The kitchen was poorly equipped with broken shelves and utensils. Having a refrigerator was great though.
The app looked like breakfast would be self service and choices. Reality was a slow and disorganised mess with no opportunity to select anything other than croissant, fruit , ham and cheese. The coffee was terrible ( pre made and reheated in a kettle ). If it was a covid precaution, we ended waiting for ages in a queue of people who did not wear face masks.
Sometimes the music outside by the pool was too loud for us to have a conversation but mostly was fun. We enjoyed the mix of music very much.
Overall it was a positive experience.

Nothing, worst experience ever. Well, maybe I can give kudos to the mattress not being made of foam, which would have been terrible for my back, and also the air conditioning worked fine.
1. the hotel is not properly signaled. You have to "discover" where the front desk is
2. there were 2 lost dogs in the stairs before the front desk
3. the guy at the front desk was a nightmare. He wasn't rude, he probably followed protocols, but he was simply not fit at all to welcome guests. He took a long time to find my Booking reservation. Once he did, he took even longer to find a room. Then he "suggested" canceling my Booking reservation to make a direct one with the hotel and have a discount. Anti-ethical.
4. After check in, which inexplicably took 20 minutes (it was 2am, no one eles was there, I had sent a message prior to my arrival, saying I would be arriving at that time, but he didn't bother to check) he spent additional 20 minutes "checking" the room to see if it was ok. If a reservation is made and confirmed, shouldn't the room be ready? Specially 10 hours after check-in time had started?
5. He then led us (me, my younger sister and my daughter) to our room We had reserved a 3-bed room. He gave us a 2-bed room, one of those being super small for an individual and the other being super small for a couple.
6. I complained saying this wasn't what I booked and he said in an ironic tone: you are welcome to cancel. At 2am? Really??? At that point I just accepted it
7. the room is awful, moisty, with spots all over the wall
8. the window was broken, letting in bugs & insects - this is in the middle of a tropical zone, Iguazu, unacceptable
9. the bathroom is terrible. It was clean, at least. I don't say terrible because of simplicity. I have stayed in many many budget hotels before. You can be simple, but still be good.
10. breakfast was beyond terrible. Just one guy, moody by the way, to attend to everyone.

If you are expecting an upscale hotel, this is not it but its laid back atmosphere was perfect for us. The hotel had the vibe of a hostel and as a retired couple, we were by far the oldest ones there. We had a private room with bath but there were also dormitory style rooms with community showers and toilets. Wonderful pool and very helpful staff. We loved that it was environmently friendly.
Coffee was only available during breakfast hours.

this hotel is very nasty, it does not have what guest need, the showers are duty, it was the worst and the stuff they are not very friendly.

Nice sized pool and nice vibe with the music.
Dirty. Ants crawling out the wall! Not in a great location for travellers as about 15/20 mins by bus to town (you usually had to wait around 15 mins for the bus to arrive too) so far away from restaurants/supermarkets/main transport to Brazilian side of Iguazu falls.

Nice place, big swimming pool, helpfull service, tasty burgers and beer.
Floor in a swimming pool was greasy and you could feel it with your feet. Not comfortable. Whole place needs a renovation. Breakfast is really simple, good for one day, after that you would be bored with it. All plates and cutlery is made from plastic. There were no forks or a proper big spoon, so eating cereals is quite challenging. There are 2 kind of rooms with a different standard, so while booking you do not really know which room will be yours. We get the room with lower standard. It was clean and tidy but it was not the room that we were expecting.

Met some terrific people there. Outside the city so more of a chill jungle setting. Amazing pool with music going and so relax. Loved happy hour.
Our room was broken into and locks were cut. Tried to move to private but was told I'd have to pay dorm room and private. Seemed unfair given the circumstances. Not many options for food except pub greasy food.
