Good choice at breakfast, hot and well cooked hot food
Dining room was not very warm.
A king size bed would have been nice or even a king size duvet for the double bed.

The rooms were individual pods looking out towards the sea. Although very comfortable and clean there wasn't alot of room for more than one person.
Staff were very attentive and the food was very good - both the evening meal and breakfast. The set priced menu was good value for money but the only other option was a pizza . It would have been good if there was another option .
Another option on the evening menu .

Nice room overall. We were there for a wake which went really well, pleasing food, service and ambience.
Lovely staff and little extras like a bottle of water when we went out on a walk and we had requested an early check in which was sorted and much appreciated.
Two minor issues.. bedside light not working and we were in room 8 and disturbed by what seemed like the boiler or similar from 6am , hence a disturbed nights sleep. Not sure if this was the case in all rooms.

The location was perfect and the main house is very nice. The breakfast was very good.
We were placed downstairs in outside annex. The wall are very thin so I had problems getting to sleep because I could hear the snoring from an adjacent room. Otherwise room was adequate.

Lovely quiet location, beautiful building, friendly staff and a great location for us. Also the breakfast was very good and beautifully presented.

The staff were incredibly helpful and fast to respond to any questions. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were great.
We did have a disturbed night's sleep due to footsteps above but the hotel staff moved us to a quieter room and we slept soundly the following night.
8.0
the location and the public rooms. The staff particularly the host who arranged an early morning taxi and the wait staff in the dining room
If we had realised that the room was so cramped we would have asked for an upgrade. The bathroom without a window added to this overall feeling. Apart from the door there was no ventilation
8.0
location and friendliness of all staff
we had a twin room which was on the small side and beds were too soft. however, it was only one night so could put up with it and hotel was full due to a wedding.

Location
Tired property in places. Not worth £100+.
My overseas colleague requested an invoice with specific company address. Gent on reception could not be bothered to provide this.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Breakfast was very good as the food was freshly cooked to order. Wa also eat in the restaurant on one evening and once again the service and quality of the food was very good. We like the location as Mumbles is well known to us. We were also lent a phone charger plug as we had left it at home.
Next time we will choose a room with a slightly bigger bed or twin beds.

Excellent location. Pleasant helpful staff. Great Breakfast:
Parking very good. Well maintained.
Small room with small bathroom.:::especially getting into the shower!
9.0
convenient and had all the essentials
not sure about the direct entry from the car park - useful for loading luggage, but would have preferred to use main door to room which was locked. Carpark full when we first arrived.

location
average standard room. blocked shower drain, rusty towel rail, room in ground level annexe

All the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Very good breakfast. Good guest tray in the bedroom.
There was no indication that the room was on the first floor. Access was difficult for my husband. There was no lift. Although the room was classed as superior as it had dressing gowns, it was quite small and we struggled with the space. There was only one easy chair.

Friendly staff. Polite service from all staff. Lovely breakfast. Dinner menu very good and all so well presented. Nothing too much trouble.
Nothing really

Lovely location in Mumbles, room was clean and well equipped. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was very diverse and cooked breakfast was delicious. Will always recommend.
would have preferred a double bed instead of a twin but I didn't request before checking in. Also, not able to check in before 3pm unless you pay an early check in fee.
