Room was very clean and comfortable.
No breakfast facility..limited relaxation space.

Great location though 'sea view' is heavily obscured by trees. Situated a short walk from most things in town. If you can nab on the street parking it's free, otherwise the public car park over the road was £17 for 24hrs.
Facilities are very basic and in need of a little TLC. It feels like the hotel's heyday was 30 years ago and it's never been updated since, scratches up and down the wall in the bedroom, toilet seat wobbly, the bathroom was very shabby.
The windows let in a lot of sound and appear only single glazed meaning until the bar downstairs closes you can hear everyone's conversations until 1-2am, I assume if you have a room round the back this is less of a concern

Location and comfy bed
Bad internet and baby sink

The people were fabulous -- friendly and hospitable! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay! The location was excellent -- right across the street from the water and situated a few minutes walk from many excellent restaurants.
There was nothing not to like at the hotel. The only negative aspect was the parking. Despite the staff giving us the run down about parking we managed to park in a "resident" area and got a ticket! But that was our fault entirely!

Perfect location. Unfortunately no restaurant

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The two staff we met were very pleasant.
No facilities at all.I understand they were in the middle of decorating but an explanation would have been nice.

We were celebrating our Pearl anniversary and we stayed here on our wedding night wanted
To return and our stay was really lovely

Nothing.
The Hotel. It is very old and rundown and is not represented accurately on their website. We had a friend travelling with us who was disabled and they were unable to accommodate us. Hence the reason we didn’t even stay there for the two nights that we paid for and lost 210 pounds.

The location
The entrance to this place was locked and l had to wait 40 minutes for someone to open the door, it was a cold wet time spent waiting, when the manager arrived he had no remorse in his actions, after a long discussion he agreed to refund all payment back into my account.
Partly my fault as l should had read all previous bad comment as they are all correct in saying what a dirty disgusting place this is and should NEVER be advertised as a place to stay for tourist or anyone else.
The worst place iv ever seen as being advertised

Location. Two female members of staff who I complained to, helped me move rooms.
Dirty, strong smell of drains/sewage coming from bathroom, stained pillow, dusty, shower head hanging off fitting. Very loud noise from bar until 0300, blinds not fitted properly so woken up at sunrise. Room didn’t match room I’d booked. website stated breakfast included, no breakfast facilities. Extremely overpriced.

We loved the view the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff there. Perfect location for us as we didn't want to go far. Lovely surrounding we could have been anywhere in the world. Beautiful sea views. Plenty to do, lovely room.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. It suited us as a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend away. Beds were immaculate, room immaculate, breathtaking views. We loved it

only the location
very dirty , no view, no breakfast, very noisy, uncomfortable bed & pillows and duvet . they didn’t vacuum the carpet in the 11 days I stayed there!

The hotelier was very pleasant
It was not particularly comfortable
1.0
The room was clean.
Too many issues to cover in 3 sentences. Staff were not in attendance and did not reply to attempts to contact them. The room was smaller than advertised and the sea view obscured by a tree. Room rate is far higher than warranted and the market rate. I feel the description given on booking.com is misleading. Mumbles itself was in a poor state with many places closed and waste bins, bags, scaffolding obstructing the pavement.

The hotel is beach front no smoking but with smoking areas Welsh and English breakfast are available ar discounted price at a a very near bar 1 minute walk Staff are very helpful and kind location is wonderful rooms spacious and very clean plenty of coffee tea and milk and a kettle in the room I enjoyed a lot my stay Waking up watching the view of Mumbles Bay is priceless

the location was fantastic, the view from the front rooms is very nice. the place is clean and the staff is fantastic
some of the room look quite nice (not all though)
the bed (I slept in 2 different rooms) are not the most comfortable, old spring mattresses.
one of the rooms I stayed in didn’t even had a mirror and the TV was not working.
the second one was a lot nicer (thought there were no side tables and alights by the bed) no fridge either.
if felt like a nicer Hostel room. and they don’t serve breakfast
1.0
Nothing, it was horrendous
Was initially put into room 12, paint peeling off the wall , showerhead held on with 2 cable ties…the blinds over the skylights weren’t fit for purpose. It also stank of stagnant water. I was then moved to room 8., this was slightly better but the valance around the bed had blood stains on it..then the bars in the hotel had bands on and played late into the evening .had to turn the tv up so loud to try and drown out the noise. The pillows were flat and smelt of sweat…I had booked to stay 2 nights but left after the first…£170 for 2 nights to stay in what could only be described as a hostel. No breakfast was included. Standards are extremely poor.
5.0
Location, promenade just across road, clean linen, excellent shower.
The stairs were difficult as the room was in a maze type system, (corridor, up, up, corridor, down, up, corridor) no lift.
I had to move room as television didn’t work.
There was no chair in the room, so I had to sit on the bed.
No breakfast although there was a list of nearby cafes.
6.0
location was close to attractions, restaurants and local village
Internet was very poor, staff were never around for assistance.
4.0
No breakfast supplied
Our room was small but adequate we had our little dog with us the room we had was up & down a lot of stairs I’m 74 my husband 82 we found it wasn’t ideal.
8.0
The location was lovely and we had a sea view.
Being woken by the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night due to a fault.
No shelving in the bathroom. No wardrobe/ hanging area or draws for clothes. The tv was small and positioned in the far corner of the wall instead of in the middle of the wall.
2.0
Position, parking restaurants nearby
Staff unapologetic. Having spoken on phone having ordered vegetarian breakfast to be told on first morning. We dont do breakfast. Would not have stayed. Very poor value. Seemingly run for benefit of drinkers in the bar.
6.0
the location and the very helpful, polite staff,
sea view.
very basic small room.
