Great staff/ ideal location...well worth booking.

Value for money Location Breakfast included 😋 Great area around with restaurants.

Could do with lighter duvet tog..too warm in summer or thin blanket not woolie ones. Larger bed options. Better brighter lighting in main room. More units for clothes so not on display.

Modern convenience the staff e en told us to park our bikes where they would keep an eye on them

Okay stay, but very expensive for what it was, especially given the poor standard of breakfast.

Bedroom was nice and clean. Room opposite the lift was very noisy and we were woken a number times during the night. Bed was comfy.

Bedroom - lighting was poor in the bedroom Bar - no ice and drinks very expensive Breakfast - poor. Staff were not replenishing the food very quickly. No milk in coffee machine, no hash browns or tomatoes available.

Good value accommodation in an area with plenty to do.

The breakfast was superb with plenty of variety to cover all tastes.the room was clean and tidy and the bedding was very clean. The hotel was well situated for the local amenities Metrocentre,Newcastle city centre, the coast and much more.

Quiet relaxing.

Room although basic had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely and clean - fresh towels if we required them. Bed made daily and room tidied. Certainly value for money and although in a busy area next to main road the room we had was very quiet. the breakfast was really good value for money - cooked and continental choices - unlimited if you wanted.

Lovely Hotel, nice polite staff, great facilities and location so near to so may restaurants & shops

Room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was well designed. Comfortable for a family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the space.

Only thing During our stay that was not the best but still more than adequate was the breakfast. Me and my family only wished that there were more vegetarian options.

We had requested a cot and I rang ahead to make sure one was available for our dates but there ended up not being one in our room when arrived - which was a bit of a pain as I had a very sleepy baby and needing to figure out where a cot was and set it all up.

Hotel not up to the standards it states.

The breakfast wasn't what we expected, no fried eggs only scrambled, and the sausages definitely were not Cumberland, the hotel ones tasted like cardboard

The rooms could have been better, no wardrobes, just a few shelves and pegs on the wall. The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days, the sink plug was black, absolutely disgusting. Bed wasn't changed, didn't have any towels, kettle wasn't working properly. No tea bags, and when we did get tea bags from the foyer, the next day they had been taken from our room. We had to swap rooms due to other problems in that room. All this was not good enough, considering both my husband and myself have cancer and other debilitating illnesses.

Our stay was excellent. With choice of evening meal restaurants and local bus amenities to travel

Breakfast was excellent but could do with other options on alternate dates.eg Tomatoes instead of beans. The bed was comfortable and pillow choice very good. The room was AOK but for longer stays ie 4 days drawers or small wardrobe should be available.

Could not find any accountable fault.
