Breve soggiorno

Stanza molto accogliente e con uno stile particolare e bello. Bagno grande e pulito. Collegato al centro tramite tram, con fermata davanti all'hotel.

Le stanze non sono abbastanza isolate. Dalle 6 am si sentono le porte (molto rumorose) delle stanze vicine ed il vociare degli altri clienti nel corridoio. Altra pecca, l'assenza di scuri o tapparelle alle finestre. Le tende, benché pesanti, non bastano ad evitare che la luce entri nella stanza.

Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage

Das Hotel liegt weit ausserhalb von Florenz, die Innenstadt ist aber mit der Strassenbahn im wenigen Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Die Strassenbahn T2 hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Gratis-Parkplätze sind inklusive. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein großer Supermarkt mit riesigem Angebot. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück ist sehr ordentlich, der Frühstücksraum ist jedoch im UG und daher etwas dunkel und wenig gemütlich.

ho apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità, dopo il check-out, di lasciare le valige alla reception e la macchina nel parcheggio fino alle 18:00. Personale della reception particolarmente cordiale.

Albergo che attrae molti gruppi e flusso turistico. Colazione molto caotica e l'offerta di scarsa qualità: tutte cose confezionate molto commerciali e poco genuine. Cmq abbastanza uno standard per gli alberghi di questo tipo (colazione continentale).

Pretty decent. Not an area to walk around. Are at the hotel bar.

Professional front desk. Clean room. Great pillows.

There was a plumbing problem. Silty water had to run water for 15 minutes until clean. This stuff happens but I feel discount should have been offered. Something. It was definitely an inconvenience. As it is close to airport the tram is right out front. But not running before 6:00 am so taxi was necessary.

A lovely hotel is in front of the tram station. 6 stops and you are at the central train station 7 stops and you are in the center of Florence. One minute of walking and there is a large supermarket. The staff is really charming and humane even in the most stressful moments. Everything is clean. I choose this hotel already 4 times during my vacations in Italy. Sharon

Great location for a trip to Florence

So convenient for the tram into the old town, very clean, near to lots of nice restaurants and bars, friendly/helpful staff.

The shower tray overflowed/didn't drain, the shower head leaked like crazy, and the air conditioning didn't work very well at all. Breakfast wasn't included.

Perfect travel hotel in Firenze!

Definitely exceeded our expectations. We received a room upgrade, very nice! The staff was exceedingly helpful. Room was spotless. Room was quiet, bed very comfortable, not much more we could ask for. We will definitely be back and refer our friends! Tram transportation right outside.

Hmmm, maybe another packet of non-decaf coffee? Everything was great.

wonderful stay, definitely come back if I have a chance

very clean, easy access to the centre of city (20mins by tram), giant supermarket available at next to the hotel. we’ve booked junior suite room for family, it was spacious. plenty of car park available for free.

Hotel parking is always full. You can park to a nearby parking lot for a fee, but do not rely on hotel's agreement with them. We were told that we would get discounted parking since we are hotel's guests, but when we asked for the discounted parking ticket (after 2 days) it was sold out and they expected us to pay the regular price.
