Superb an absolute must we will be back for longer

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Superb location modern comfy and had everything we needed and more. Nice bottle of wine and milk in fridge from hosts. Superb 5⭐️

Absolutely fantastic!

The apartment and entrance area were outstanding. There has clearly been a lot of careful thought and expense given to what guests might enjoy during their stay. The apartment we were allocated (number five) was nice and warm, it had everything we needed and had a charming sea view from the lounge. All the bedding, towels and furnishings were of a very high quality standard. We travel a lot and it was actually one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in - and by far the best in the Southend area. It was also much closer to the town centre than we had thought from the information and reviews.

If you are driving the parking is challenging, as it is in a great location and not free.

Damaged and dirty fixtures and fittings. Bathroom dirty. No instructions for heating

Nice clean apartment in a great location

Location was great and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the keys. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Perhaps a bit more toilet paper and a couple of laundry pods would have been nice but other than that, it was all good.

Comfortable and clean managed apartment in Southend.

The accommodation is very well kept, neatly furnished, spotlessly clean. It is located within short walking distance of the seafront, the train station, and local shopping. The management was very responsive when we had a housekeeping request. The kitchen facilities were perfect for our needs.

The apartment we had is at the top storey -- three flights up -- and there is no lift. The apartment's layout includes a kitchen, bathroom, and seating areas on the main floor as well as a sleeping loft situated atop a flight of steps, making the apartment a duplex. The bedroom loft itself is nicely furnished. But the split-level layout may be less congenial for those among us who are older and need to negotiate creaky stairs at night. Caution is also needed inside the bathroom, since the edge of the raised base of the shower stall is very close to the entrance from the bathroom doorway.

amazing all round and amazing hosts

another amazing stay the owner never disappoint property was amazing we extended our stay for another night as we enjoyed it so much and we’re gutted to leave . owners are a pleasure and are very warm welcoming compare to other hosts we are looking forward to returning again this year and the bed was lovely and comfortable and has a home from home feel . all the property are decorated to a high standards which u don’t normally see recommend everyone books this property because u will not be disappointed and well worth the price

We surely would stay there again, because it is fantastic

we have been a few times at this beautiful House and it is a great place to stay

it was sad, that we did not see or meet the owner or the cleaning lady. So we did not know where and when to get rid of our rubbish. Sorry to say that, but we had also to buy some toilettpaper ourselfs.

Really enjoyed our stay in Southend, much nicer than we expected!

The property was as described and met all expectations. The level of décor and furnishings were exceptional and the owner was also very helpful, recommending and booking a table for us in restaurant close to the Cliffs Pavilion (the reason for our visit to Southend).

In the penthouse there is no en-suite as the bedroom is on a mezzanine above the main rooms. But overall the layout is a great use of the space available.

Perfect bank holiday weekend stay.

Very clean and cosy apartment. Ideal location close to the beach and town centre. Very easy check in process.

Blinds in the bedroom didn’t close properly, so lights on the outside of the apartment were visible from inside the bedroom at night - but the bedroom was still dark enough to sleep.

Enjoyed the property. Met all our needs when we were there.

Location excellent. Nearby family we were visiting Spacious apartment on ground level. Easy to access Plenty storage for clothes

Window shutters did not block out all the light as some did not fit well or were broken. Street lighting and property floodlights kept us awake quite a lot. No means of sweeping the floor for the whole week we were there. Would suggest at least a dustpan and brush to do so. No means of regulating heating. At times we were cold as weather turned very chilly.

No restaurants or pub close by, walked into town by theata when we went out to eat, found area near pleasure beach not great
