Great location, tasty breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
The hotel is nice, but when you look closer it wasn't that clean. Shower full of grimey limescale, shower hose leaking really bad, and tv controller was filthy. Someone had squashed a massive spider on the ceiling and just left it there. Could be so much nicer, simple little things to rectify.

The owner was a life saver, so understanding, and made the stay a pleasure and very relaxing.

Location was nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely.
We had the top floor and so a lot of stairs. Thought we had a sea view but maybe that was our mistake when we booked.

You can see that this hotel is loved by its owner. Amazing attention to detail, spotless and well maintained along with a welcoming attitude.
Nicely cooked breakfast.
Excellent location, nice view from the front of the hotel.
On the edge of the town centre and close to the beach.
Very good value price.
Be aware that if you have limited mobility, rooms are on the 1'st, 2'nd and 3'rd floors. There is no lift and the final flight of stairs to the 3'rd floor loft rooms is steep, winding and not much fun.
No free parking anywhere nearby though I felt this was compensated for in the very competitive price for our stay.
There are pay for use car parks just behind the hotel and on street parking at the front (£13.20 per day at time of writing) though you may have to wait for a space if arriving in the middle of the day.

The location of this Hotel was perfect for our short stay … Very short walk to the sea.
The only negative at the hotel was the bedroom was very cold. I don’t think I had an option to turn the radiator on in the room ??

the location was great, nice big room.
The staff were not very informative.

This is a clean and great value for money accommodation. The position is perfect for the centre of town, the Pier, etc.
Apart from breakfast (which is excellent by the way) there is no bar or other facilities in this small hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Lovely staff who were all very attentive.
Room was very clean and very modern.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
The shower was very powerful and the shower gels and shampoos were the best I have ever smelt.
Nothing not to like apart from the bright green emergency light in room was too bright.

it’s a beautiful space and well located centrally too. really enjoyed being so close to the sea. the lady we dealt with was very helpful too and understanding when we are running late for our check in. we were welcomed well
it could have been due to the holiday season but some more helping hands for the staff there would have been better

Good and convenient location - quiet at night - easy to find with paid parking right outside.
Stairs quite steep for top floor rooms, but not an issue for ourselves

Welcomed by a lovely lady and asked if we would like to have a bigger room as one was available. We gratefully accepted and had a lovely room bigger than what we had booked. Breakfast was lovely and a really nice homely feel.
Happy with everything.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. We much appreciated the extra touches such as a bottle of fresh water each day and the courtesy tray. The location was ideal.
I highly recommend the Hamilton's Boutique Hotel.

the room was light and airy and nicely decorated
it was quite noisy even though the windows were closed . we have stayed in the same road in a different B&B was quieter . it must of had double glazing. the bed also squeaked when you turned over but it was a nice B&B

Breakfast was excellent, location was spot on and the room was spacious with an added little extra of complementary snacks.
If I wanted to be picky a softer pillow would have been nice.
