I Like to stay at GM… i Like the Lounge with good ambience especially the Live Band… Awesome band group..

Enjoyed the 4D3N stay.

Location is just nice. Visited Kuching a few times, and still stayed at this hotel.

1. The air-conditioning was not quite cool. 2. Limited parking space; often times I didnt get any parking at all and was advised to park at the plaza. 3. I stayed for 4D3N, the breakfast menu was almost the same each morning.

Decent stay

Location wise its very convenient. Decent size rooms, bed quite comfy.

Amenities are not complete. We have to call room service for toothbrushes and when they cleaned the room they didnt give us the towel for the floor. Bidet hook was not fixed, it literally fell apart because it was only put back by two pieces of rolled up paper, not screws. Please do proper maintenance. Glass dividers were dirty, some cobwebs can be seen. The room was generally decent, but needs improvement.

Weve stayed at this hotel many times but will probably not be visiting it again.

The view of the river was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

The ambience of the room was poor and shabby. A room for 2 guests had only one rickerty chair. When we asked for a second chair, we were given one more rickerty chair. Unsafe for guests. The carpets were stained. The room cleaning service was shoddy and unsatisfactory.

All is okay for short business trip

Location is good near waterfront, walking distance. Room spacious with 2 super single bed.

Breakfast is not really good. The Dim Sum seems like old item, taste bit sour. Potato bit soft. Can improve the breakfast. Others are okay.

Stay at GM for the KARS24 event.

Strategic hotel. Beautiful view. Can never get tired of the river view

The junior studio is quite old, eventhough very spacious. Could upgrade it especially the bathroom.

We stayed on the 9th floor. It was smelly. Carpet disgustingly dirty. Our room was not clean. Mirrors hadn’t been cleaned. Wall had been repaired with plastered but not painted. The toilet door was so filthy that I didn’t want to hang my towel there after using. It just looks like it needs a big clean. We have room with view but windows are also dirty

housekeeping not so attentive, the bathroom towel never was never changed, they just changed some towels, made the bed that’s all, no water bottle replaced until requested, glass was not cleaned

Location is the best. We ENJOYED the dragon festival and riverside. Top Spot was plus.

Room was horrible and we asked the front desk to help. ,Just refused without further any consideration at the first day. we booked the executive deluxe rooms; but, we got twins beds room with shower broken. At the 2nd day, we went to front desk to speak to manager and finally we had our rooms changed to Executive.

An overpriced hotel to begin with. Came her for work purposes, and their working table in the room was in a bad shape as

Customer service was bed. I was feverish and needed help for their staff to send my grabfood order, but was denied. No hot shower and for the price paid it’s ridiculous. Towel smells!

For the same price, I can get a 5 star stay elsewhere. Disappointed with the stay

Great bed

Missing shampoo, missing robe and slippers, picture on site looks new but the actual room is quite old. Overall, there appears to be pack of preparation to serve the consumer.

Asked for a baby cot a few times before arrival but they didn't have one when we got there. Was unfortunate but they got us a better room so we could have an extra bed instead

I think you have to change or repair and add some facilities in the room.

All hotel staff are very good and very polite.

Some facilities are bad like working chair almost broken. No sofa in the room. Aircond water is dripping in the room
